Holy hell I can’t believe I’m logging in just to slam this place. Like everybody else has already said, this Popeyes SUCKS, and that’s really disappointing because it’s the closest one to our house. My wife and I love Popeyes. It’s decent value, decent tasting chicken and shrimp for a good price, and comes through really quick in a pinch. However, no matter what that team does, they can NEVER get the order right. Now, I’m the kind of person that doesn’t mind giving an establishment the benefit of the doubt(they’re busy, short staffed, etc…) but I just can’t do it anymore with this place. Three times they’ve managed to screw up my single, simple request: an extra side of red beans and rice. One time, they forgot the extra altogether(and charged us for it), another time they forgot to include both orders(they only charged us for one), and just now my wife comes home and tells me that instead of red beans and rice, they’ve given us mashed potatoes. I feel like such an imbecile logging into complain about something so damned petty, but my lord what is going on with this place?! Stay away and drive the extra distance to another location. Trust me. You will not regret it. I cannot believe this Popeyes is still in business!

If I could give this no star I would. Had my mouth all fixed for a breast and a wing which I’d happily pay for. My bill came to $ 8.16 for the meal I assumed I was charged correctly for what I asked for. This was through the crappy drive-thru btw. Get home to find a leg and a thigh in my box. Incorrect order! That pissed me off so bad. They need to use the repeat and double check method McDonald’s uses before releasing orders. People ain’t got time for that. Going back to KFC down the street instead.

I don’t recommend this popeyes this is why. Everytime I walk in for a meal it’s problems. The problem is waiting. Waiting for what I say. Like today. I walk in an nobody in line an I’m at the counter waiting and they are me waiting an only one order is taking a 12 pcs of chicken. They made me wait 10 minutes just to take my order of burn wings. And the next person did not have to wait to place an order. I ask them if they made me wait 10 minutes and looking at me for that. Whats the point of complaints if everyday is the same problems with this Popeyes. The manager the supervisors don’t do their jobs. I’m paying Popeyes don’t pay without me or others as a customers. They ain’t the Federal Reserve bank that needs customers for money like all the world beside them. The more school the dummer they get.

Where do I begin? Their register wasn’t prepared to take orders, the girl was nice enough to start our order, and put the order in after. But when they were getting our order together, one of the girls threw something at the guy preparing the food, and then I’m guessing someone who put in an order through the drive thru didn’t say something correctly because they started making fun of them. Customer service isn’t the best… and let me just add… MYORDERISWRONG

From the looks of the reviews this place is poorly managed .we went through drive through we ordered 2 piece combos and stated that I want breast and wing on both orders, and the guy even confirmed«breasts and wing on both?» I said yes ! We drove home, my son helped me in our home, I have difficulty walking and when we sat down to enjoy our meal .ITWASNOTWHAT I HADORDERED!!! i was given a drumstick and a tight on both orders! i was very disappointed ! We went back and got a full refund .We lost time and gas but Popeyes lost money and customers due too extremely poor management …

Just left this location. The service was terrible and rude amongst the females. They forgot food from my order! The chicken is tiny and not even spicy how i asked. This location is a disgrace to popeyes. There food does not compare and will ruin your idea of popeyes chicken.

First off I would like to say I ordered a 3 piece combo. I’ve ate at a Popeyes before plenty of times, so I know what they are capable of. They said I couldn’t substitute the pieces of chicken to other pieces of chicken. Strike one. I got home and the chicken was cold the fries were cold and soggy, and the biscuit was cold as well. Strike two and I ordered spicy and was no where near that. tasted like plain chicken. Strike three. Just a disappointing overall experience definitely won’t go to this location again.

Oh my gosh talk about bad service! Do not come here unless you want the«assistant manager» to be so rude to you when simply trying to order some damn chicken(she) was just so mean! This was the last straw. Usually the service here is slow but it’s a small price to pay for the food were getting. But never has someone been so rude to me with constant smart remarks. Treat your customers with at least some respect.

Do not like writing this, I love Popeyes normally. But this place is a joke. They can’t get the order right ever. Went this time with no one in line, then they made us wait for 10 min for 9 tenders. Then of course don’t bring our food out we go in and get it. Yes we should have checked our bags but after a long day already and waiting we were tired and hungry. If we weren’t so tired and hungry I would have cooked myself. This Popeyes is a complete waste of time. Will NOT be coming back. Such a bummer.

My experience at this establishment was very poor. Lights were brightly on, indicating that they are open still for business, so we went into the drive thru after traveling a far distance just for their chicken. After waiting we were greeted thru the monitor by a lady, but got kept waiting but the was only two vehicles ahead of us. Once she was free she starred speaking to us in Spanish, l did not understand a thing she was saying, so lucky my friend was able to translate. The employee knew English, but for some odd reason she kept speaking to us in Spanish even after we said we didn’t understand her at times. We were tiring to order some tenders which they had, but once we turd ti place the rest of our order they suddenly had the kitchen close so they didn’t have the rest of the food we wanted(rip n’ chicken). She’d say they were out but then say they had one, and then change her story again as to being completely out. Already frustrated from traveling far, not being able to understand her language when we clearly said so, I’d already bad that she’s trying to sell us on stuff we did not want for a much higher price. We tired getting out of the drive thru but we’re blocked in since you can’t drive around. As we waited for a VERY long time we noticed another employee taking orders from the other 4 cars behind us. We just got fed up from waiting so long that we just left without paying or taking our order. They seriously have the worst drive thru, and their employees should be able to speak the language the customer speaks in order for the customer to be able to understand what they are tiring to sell. On top of that not be selling us food that we clearly do not want.

Ordered an 8-piece meal, plus added an extra large side. The only thing they got right was the chicken. They forgot the biscuits, and gave us a small red beans and rice and a large cole slaw. Our sides were supposed to be a large mashed potatoes and a large red beans and rice. The only positive was that the chicken was good, which i why I gave two stars instead of one.

I’ve gone back twice since my first review(Below). The first time was a quick drive through trip. Only ordered a chicken strip kids meal and as we were driving away, realized they forgot the dipping sauce. Went back last night(11÷9÷14 @ 5:30pm) and ordered To-Go from the counter. Picked out two platter meals and tried the following: Spicy and mild chicken, Jambalaya, Red Beans and Rice, Mashed Potatoes, and Cajun Fries. Food was decent and in my opinion, better than the ghetto KFC that’s down the street. Chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Sides were pretty good, save for the Cajun Fries that were cold by the time i got home. Everything else was still hot/warm. Going to add one star for my first decent service and for good food. Also love that they have the +100 flavor Coke machine. Only time i can get Vanilla or Cherry Coke Zero. Previous review from 9÷16÷14: Workers here are running around like chickens with their heads cut off(har har). Everyone seems really young and green. They don’t really know their own menu and get frazzled easily. My friend only ordered a large mashed potato to go and it took 10 minutes and was almost given away to someone else. Give them a few months before coming here.

So far, not bad. I heard lines were really long yesterday, so I decided to pop in shortly after 10 am. The drive through was efficient and the cashier was very thorough, in that she repeated the order once at the speaker and again at the window. I liked it! The chicken breast were a bit on the small side, but it’s probably for the best. Will be back to try other items.
