Boarders

Went to purchase some shoes the other day and was helped right away by Jesse very helpful guy and quick to get the shoes I was looking for. The store looks great. My favorite store in the mall!!!

Go to spot. There’s a variety of brands, sizes and boards. Always big sales! &Great customer service as well.

My husband and I walked in on a thursday evening and it was completely empty. 2 guys and a girl were all behind the counter and didint even bother greeting us. We were looking to buy a longboard but nobody bothered to even offer help even though we were standing right in front of these people staring at all the longboards. The girl proceeds to keep gossiping and cussing with her co-​workers to even notice we walked out. We ended up taking our business to zumies downstairs.

Went here in search of some cruiser wheels and grip tape, I was helped by Jesse and even though i went during the last week of Christmas and the mall looked like a river of people and chaos he helped me out and had great customer service.

Perfect addition to the mall. I love zumies and I will drop a couple of racks in there, but this place is icing on the cake. It’s higher end, more of a boutique style of a shop with a more customized collection of clothing.
I don’t skate… but best believe I’ll be buying whole outfits at a time from this store.
The staff is Chill as fuck, literally. If you don’t like being pestered while you’re shopping this is def the place for you. Every time I go to Santa Anita Mall I have to come in to check out the new gear, and every time I end up buying something.

Great shop, I always go out of my way to come to this location because of the wonderful customer service they have here. I love Adidas, they just so happen to have all the new styles everytime I go (=. They have a huge selection of clothes and the girls that work there always go out of their way to help me find an outfit. Been coming here for a while, most of the associates know me and I’m going to continue going.

Love this skate shop. Always has lots of new product. I come here a lot with my bf I buy my clothes and shoes and he gets his decks, clothe and shoes. Employees are nice they always say hi and ask if we need help. And I love that they aren’t creeping around us. Just came today and got a new pair of Adidas and my bf got some trucks for his board. We are happy campers :)

Nice shop, good stock. They even put away my Disney shopping bag I left there on accident. I don’t care if they didn’t talk to me. I don’t go shopping to make friends or be harassed.

really good people there, always kind and willing to help and actually skate, SOB is really good too, i dont know what jake. D is taking about, hes full of himself… im pretty sure no one was hitting on him.
but yes. great. great. great place to shop.

i’ve walked in there plenty of times,
and not once have any of the staff asked if i needed help.
all they do is hang out by the register and wait for customers that are ready to pay.
they need people that actually know how to treat the customers.

When you apply here, the only thing that qualifies you is if you have no personality! If you know how to smile. NO JOB! If you are a helpful worker! NO JOB!!!
The stuff in here is great. The skating stuff is great! But i’ve stood in here so many times and not one worker asked if a I needed help!
I felt like red headed step child that no one wanted!
You stand there, and the workers stand in the back flirting and giggling.
The girls are just worried about being cute and trying to seem mysterious.
The guys just seem like they really don’t want to be there
In the time I stood there, 4 different people asked me if I worked there and if I could help them!
You get a sense of loneliness. When you’re in there… you miss your family. your friends.
You feel the need for human contact.
I once faked a massive heart attack in there just to get attention from the workers but they were to busy pretending to be folding shirts
The workers MIGHT help you if your an attractive girl, maybe then they’ll acknowledge you’re alive.
I literally waited 15 minutes in the shoes waiting for someone to help, then picked the shoe up, walked to the back where they were talking about nothing, and asked if they had the size I wanted. The guy looked and said
«no»
If you want great customer service, great friendly workers, a good time, a real sense of. love. please go to Boarders in the mall! They will totally pay attention to you and make you feel like the most important customer in the wholeeee wide world! :)
Go to S.O.B down by the theater! It’s better! They at least acknowledge you’re alive!
