Wow! First time customer. Asada was juicy, tender, not a lot of fat (didn’t have to chew it a 100 times) and flavorful! Can’t wait to see what the chicken tastes like!

Great place to buy salsas, guacamole and carne asada and chicken already marinated? Definitely.
Their asada is to die for! And their salsas and guacamole is fresh everyday. We can’t have a BBQ without stopping here first.

My parents drive from Los Angeles to Montclair to come buy our meat for when we bbq. The seasoning for the beef and chicken is really good! Whenever we get this meat and bring it back to grill in LA, the family that comes over always comments on the good seasoning. The cut is really great, and after grilling the meat is tender and not chewy. It’s really nice!

I’ve been to a couple different carnicerias but this place has a pretty good selection of meat, ribs, pork, chicken, and sausages. Its a little hole in the wall place off of central. You can also get vegetables here and other items you might need as well. They always have fresh salsa and guacomole daily, mild, hot, and real hot. The staff is always friendly too.

If you are looking for good Mexican style marinated skirt steak or «carne asada» this place is really great. The cuts of meat are really good — lean and large. They also have a great variety of sausages and poultry in addition to pork products. They also have some really good salsas and guacamole. Great little hole in the wall. Buy what you need and prepare it at home!
