Even after reading the reviews I went against my better judgment and thought I would give this place a shot since down the street from my work. I called and she couldn’t take me at the time so made an appointment for 1:00. I got there and finally got addressed after being there a few minutes. She took me to a chair and got the water going after I picked a color. I literally sat there 15 minutes when I finally asked another lady in passing how much longer it was going to take. I made an appointment because I was on my lunch break. She told me another 20 – 25 minutes! Really? What was the point of making an appointment? So I finally got a towel and started drying my feet because I couldn’t just wait. Were they ever going to let me know how much longer? Were they just going to let me sit there while the water got cold? I was in complete shock. She asked if I could come back early the next day. NO thank you, I will NEVER go back there! Horrible experience.

This place is the WORST. And I am normally really easy going when it comes to nail salons.
I kept asking how long it would take until they were ready for me, and they kept saying 5 minutes but 45 minutes later I’m still sitting in the chair just waiting. And I even reminded them a couple of times! Then a young girl probably around 14 came and started to set stuff down on my station, and when I asked if she was going to do my nails jokingly she said «no» but then two seconds later she started doing my nails. That’s where I draw the line, only licensed people should be touching my hands! Also they were doing my friends nails first and hers (gel manicure) came out all uneven and ugly, the lady had to redo it because it was that bad. And they kept taking more and more costumers and telling them 5 minutes just like me. Honestly guys, just pay an extra 5 dollars and go down the street to somewhere else. It’s not worth the trouble. Or the lies.

Everything was great before she put my nail polish on. I have natural long nails and she cut them evenly which was great. But I can’t say the same for my simple manicure :(it started to have bubbles and lots of them once it dried.

the ladies were super nice and the place is super clean, but the paint job on my gel manicure was appalling. I even tried asking for an extra layer hoping it would get evened out, but no such luck.

Trying places around my area since I recently moved to Ontario. Tina and Mary are the sweetest people I’ve met at a nail shop. They really make your experience personable and treat you like friends.

I used to love going to 2Q Nail Spa but the new owner is always short handed and every time I go they rush through my mani and pedi. Plus the owner is very rough on my nails. She files my skin and cuticles down with an abrasive buffer.

I just left this place. They charge like if they actually did a good job. I got a mani/​pedi, french on my toes, gel on my hands with some stars. I walked out with a $ 49 bill (because she was running a special that day) l. The massage sucked, my polish is uneven and there is nail polish all over my fingers. I was very upset. I called Mary to have her give me the breakdown of the bill. I told her, I wasn’t happy with the way my nail polish came out and that the price was unreasonably; she hung up on me. Needless to say I will not be returning. :(

Best customer service! I love all I had done, I have been getting nails done 20+ years, eyebrow wax 10+ eyelash extensions 4+ years. And have never found a better price or look! I just wish I would have chosen the medium eyelash extensions and not the large. But I still love them. Location is roomy, clean and modern.

The only thing that was good was the massage from the spa chair. The mani was mediocre at best. The polish is uneven and the top coat is even worse. The same goes for my pedicure. I will definitely not be back…

Absolutely incredible! Best nails I’ve ever gotten, and they were so fast! I needed nails for a wedding and the lady was so helpful and shaped them like a dream, it’s exactly what I explained and so pretty! Definitely can’t wait for my fill!

I have to give this place a 5 stars. Fantastic service. Owner is accomodating, easy going and took time to do my acrylic nails really well. My friends like this place as well. I definitely will come back.
