7-Eleven

One of the worst 711’s I’ve been too (and that’s really saying something)! Rude employees that are unable to perform simple requests such as splitting a payment between credit cards AND this is if their credit card machines are even working. This place is right near where I live, but I don’t mind going out of my way just to avoid going here. Do yourself a favor and do the same.

This is the worst 711 I have been too and I go to 711 literally everyday. First of all the customer service was the worst and to top it off I was disrespected and called a thief by the owner and what seem to be her kids. I went to get an iced coffee like I do everyday the only thing that I did that was put my iced coffee that I make myself into a regular soda cup that they have. (Which by the way I do everyday). I went up to the counter asked if she was having a good day and completely ignored me when I asked again thinking she may have not heard me she responded with a rude ass fukn attitude «yeah!». So for the iced coffee skittles and gummy bears she tried charging me $ 11! I asked her why it was $ 11 and she said she double charged me for the coffee. So it was literally $ 5 for a small iced coffee I told her that’s fukn stupid and left. Then she proceeded to point the phone at my gf who was outside our car. My gf went inside to ask her why she was waving the phone at us and proceeded to say she was going to call the cops because I cussed. A guy that seemed to be her and her son called us thieves. Really thieves!!! All she should have said was «you’re using the wrong cup» see how great customer service can go a long way. If you have a business and want to keep it you have to have great customer service. You shouldn’t be rude to your customer when they ask you how’s ur day going, you don’t overcharge for using the wrong cup, threaten someone to call the cops for saying a curse word and u never never ever call your customers thieves. This is so unprofessional!!!

They have Craft BEER, am Shocked !!! Nice variety of brands and prices, even the picky craft beer drinkers should be able to find something to please their queench!!! NO more driving around to bevmo lol.

This 7 – 11 was the closest to me when I was having a doctor’s appointment in Montclair and had the urge to purchase some lottery scratchers. I’m assume it’s been around for years based on the design compared to the newer franchises.
It may be old but it gets the job done. The staff here are very friendly and love assisting their customers. I prefer shopping here over the Chevron across the street. At night, the parking lot can get sketchy with homeless people and minimal lighting in the parking lot. All in all I give this 7 – 11 4 stars.

I’ve been coming to this location for 15+ years. I love it. Always the best deals and freshest dogs and pizza! Fun young staff lately, it’s good vibes!
