Like the wings, but service sucks! What’s the point on ordering online when you still have to wait when you go to pick up! Never ready when I pick up and it’s never a short wait!

Again with wrong order and FYI there app doesn’t work. Save your money and go elsewhere. Never again
They don’t start order on app till you arrive. Stupid

Things that bug me: 1. Their watery ranch 2. Their layout so that the bathroom is in close proximity to about half of their seating.
How to resolve issues 1 and 2: order for pick up. Buy your own ranch and you don’t have to eat there.
Their prices are also way better than Buffalo Wild Wings (BW3). Their lack of sports (they do have tvs but it’s not made into «the experience» as it is with its competitor BW3) makes me appreciate that this place is at least about what it should be: the wings. Their chicken is better and more consistent than BW3; they also have a wider range of flavors and sauces.

Speaking as an individual who has had wings from the anchor bar in Buffalo, ny… man, does this place completely b@st@rdized how they are supposed to taste. Sauces are too salty, wings are soggy…
Will not be back.

This place is by far the best wings I have had, they are made fresh and you have lots of flavors to choose from. I definitely recommend this to everyone.

Oh, wing stop! How you cure my chicken wang cravings and satisfy my every need. Thank you for giving me extra seasoning to sprinkle over my fries. The seasoning reminds me of a Lucas chili powder and sugar concoction I would make as a child. Lemon pepper, Cajun, and bbq bone-​in please.

My boyfriend just bought me dinner and dropped it off and my orginal hot bonesless were perfectly fine until I bit in to my lemon pepper. Not cooked at all, was terrible so gross. Wingstop is usually good not going back… made me throw up.

This is by far the BEST Wing Stop I have been to, I have been going for about 3 – 4 years yeah sometimes they arent the greatest like fries or what not but other then that this location beats any other Wing Stop.
The day I went I heard this lady come in complaining to the workers about something I believe comes in REGULARLY complaining that something happened with her order… Lady if you are reading this STOP complaining if they continue messing up your order shut up and stop going there trying to get free meals… felt bad for the workers almost stepped in to tell her to STFU!

First of all how are u going to sell wings and not give any ranch! !! It’s like going buying french fries and then sell the ketchup separate. .then the costumer service sucks here no greeting u when u come in. place is not clean trash on floor and tables r sticky. .I will never come to a wing stop again.

I love Wing Stop. It’s quick, greasy, and delicious. The 15 piece combo with two drinks, two sauces, and a large fries is perfect for two to share (total comes out to ~$ 20). My favorite flavor are original hot and lemon pepper with ranch dressing. I’m knocking off a star because they always say it will take 14 minutes over the phone and it usually ends up taking 5 – 10 minutes longer than that. Knocking off another star because parking is kind of annoying. It shares a parking lot with multiple businesses and on weekend nights the parking lot is littered with youths walking/​skating around the parking lot.

Wingstop is the best place for wings.
This place is pretty small, hidden sort of, and cramped when you walk in. They do have the fancy new soda machine where you can select your own flavors! When driving into the strip mall, this wingstop is fairly hidden in between other stores. Near the entrance past the drive through park anywhere. Tip: Be careful of the people trying to pull into the drive thru as you enter the parking lot.
Unlike some of the reviews here, i didn’t feel uncomfortable walking in, the employees were very knowledgable of the menu and they helped me figure out what to order. Service was fast, I ordered and got my food within 10 minutes, and definitely wasn’t overcharged.
The wings itself were pretty small. Not your usual wing size which seemed odd. However, it is packed with plenty of flavor, but heres a tip: don’t get 10 pieces if you’re going to eat it all by yourself. You’ll get pretty sick of it after the sixth wing.

It’s wierd, but most of this chain has some real questionables working here. It’s so uncomfortable when u walk in. The employees are very incompetent, and lazy.

This place is a hit and miss. Sometimes I come and the wings I order taste amazing and fresh, and sometimes they are tiny and burned. My biggest annoyance is with their website. The hours are wrong, they close at midnight and their site says they close early. They prob lose a lot of business that way because a lot of people assume they’re closed when they’re actually open. I also tried doing online ordering recently, and this was around 7−8pm. They said they didn’t offer it at that time. When I asked them in person why the cashier said it’s because they get very busy and don’t offer online ordering at certain hours… they didn’t seem that busy when I was there though.

MAKE SURE TO DOUBLE CHECK RECEIPT BEFORE SIGNING!!! Went in to place a take out order and was charged $ 8.95 for tip. When questioned cashier said it had been a mistake. Who knows if it was a mistake or if this «accidently» happens often and goes unnoticed by customers…

Always have a great time at wingstop with great flavor of wings. Cashiers are always happy and ready to help get the order out as quick as possible. Delicious and outstanding service.
Favorite wingstop in the area always get my order the way i like it. Garlic Parmesan yummmmmm.

If you say you close at 12 midnight then you should live up to that! I tried calling at 11:40pm to place a order but no one answered, so I decided to go over there. I arrived at 11:50 with 10 min left and the gel girl said sorry we are closed but I asked her you close at midnight and she said they need about 10 min to shut off the fryers and they shut off their phones at 11:40pm. As a business you shouldn’t say you close at midnight when you close 20min before 12. That’s bad customer service or the staff is just trying to get out early.

I admit that I’m usually a snob when it comes to food, and I’m always like ew chains ew fast food ew applebees ew claim jumper… but there are always exceptions to my snobbiness. such as: Chipotle, In n Out and… Wingstop! Among others, of course.
Anyway, this is where I go when I have a hankering for wings.
BUT FIRST
Let us take some time to discuss something even more important about Wingstop. Yes, the wings are great, the deals are great… but the FRIES IS THE PRIZE.
Wingstop serves some of my favorite fries! The seasoning’s amazing, I think there’s some sugar in there or something, cos it’s slightly sweet. But overall, crispy outside, soft inside, savory/​sweet seasoning, and it’s just always perfect. Dipped in ranch is faaaaaaaaaaamazing. aka fffffffking amazing.
Now the wings. My fave flavors are: cajun & lemon pepper. These are always excellent, especially on traditional bone-​in wings. Although the lemon pepper can get kinda oily. There’s usually a little pool of lemony oils in the bottom of your box… lol sometimes if my wings are too oily I just dab it off with some paper towels… haha
For boneless, garlic parm is AWESOME. I don’t like it on traditional bone-​in wings though.
They have great deals on certain days. Forgot what they are but you should look em up :)

Mehhhh. My husband and I decided to get wings before the big game. I placed an order with their online app and pick up was prompt. But almost $ 25 for 30 pieces of wings? Are you kidding me? I can get a whole bag of Tyson’s buffalo wings at SAMs club or Costco for $ 10 and that’s like 50 wings.
We got the BBQ and mild buffalo flavored wings. Between the two the tangy BBQ tasted a lot better only because the buffalo tasted really generic like the kind you can get in the freezer section. And it wasn’t like the wings were big or anything only average sized.
Don’t think we will be back unless they offered a 50% coupon, even at that. Once I got home I realized they forgot to give me my ranch dressing :(

I wish that Wingstop had healthy choices to go with their not so healthy options, but I guess that’s the appeal of a no frills place where people can eat wings and watch a game. My boyfriend and I come here on occasion for a snack or a «meal» (very unbalanced one).
Things you should know:
–Their wings are pretty good, though half of the wings are actually drumsticks.
–Some of their sauces are inconsistent; the Garlic Parmesan isn’t saucy rather powdery and dry; the Cajun is way too sour and saucy, but not Cajun rub type of spicy that you’d normally think of
–Lemon wedges next to the fountain drinks is always a plus!!!
–Monday and Tuesday nights have $.50 wing deals (minimum 6 pieces)
–Sign up for their eclub and get free fries close to your birthday!!!
Parking is never hard, they are located in a shared lot with Pavilions, Chase bank, Subway, Wendy’s, Starbucks, etc.
Overall the service is pretty nice. The store itself is kind of small, they literally only have one large table that will accommodate a group larger than 4 people.
