Hot Wings a total disappointment, one wing was so tiny it was about the size of a small nugget. The regular fried chicken was also meh. I came to try KFC again after the onslaught of commercials saying they’ve improved. Not really. Or at least, not at this location yet.

One star for Nashville Hot Chicken, Not the location.
Take some tasty chicken nuggets. Soak them and coat them in a half cup of oil mixed with paprika coloring and maybe a half teaspoon of cayenne powder. Pour this mess into a plastic container and you have the newest menu choice from the Colonel. Check out the vile photo. I’d this is anything like real hot chicken then let’s send help to the poor people of Nashville.

The slowest drive through in the United States! Once you get into it you’re stuck I am not familiar with the area and didn’t see where to park to order inside so there is as stuck behind 3 or 4 cars with 2 behind me.
When I finally got my food the chicken strips were over cooked. Very dark in color and hard as wood.

This is my second review… Like before I cannot say anything negative about this location. All employees are extremely friendly. Today I had Alex. He really goes out of his way to please the customers. He takes his time to make you feel welcomed. Great customer service.

My mom got a combo and they forgot to give her four biscuits. I went to pick them up and they wouldnt give them to me. What a rip off!

Have been to this location several times and the lady (Jessica) at the drive up window screwed up the order twice and never once apologized or even acknowledged her error. To make matters worse … she has so such a nasty attitude that we will never, ever return. Most of these idiots do not speak fluent English and treat customers like they would a rapid dog. They don’t like their jobs … have terrible manner and are dumb as bricks. Avoid this store at all costs … that is unless you want to have rude, unprofessional and ignorant people messing up your orders

They person who took my order was rude. Then had us pull up so they can take care of other people behind. We waited 15 minutes for our food in the drive thru. Never again will we come here

come here once in a blue moon but each time the person at the speaker sounds like they have a chip on their shoulder. I agree with another poster when you have EPL and Churches a hop skip and jump away and they both always have lines and you don’t, you need to get it together! The chicken was good I guess but another thing with them is that their prices&deals suck. They send those useless coupons and for what.

Stopped in to see if they had anything on their menu without MSG and ordered the chicken tenders — without MSG so they said. I went back and googled their menu. Lo and behold — MSG is part of their seasoning blend. Thank God I did not eat them first. Maybe KFC does not care about my health, but I do. Be wary of trusting incompetent counter help and ingredient knowlege

It’s been months since I was last here. So I was rather surprised to see that they renovated the dining area. The space itself is not any bigger, but aesthetically better from what it used to look like. Now if only they would clean the tables more often. And update the restrooms.
These days I’ll go to Church’s Chicken to get my fried chicken needs, especially if I’m picking up for family meals. They’re much cheaper than this franchise. But from time to time I would come here if I was eating alone, or with my brother.
One of the main reasons why I still come here is for their Apple Turnovers. Not only is it delicious, but very affordable (2 for 99¢). A reminder of how the McDonald’s fried apple pies used to taste, before that company decided to screw with how they prepare their food. *ugh*
I used to come to KFC to get their mashed potato bowls, covered with chicken bits, gravy, cheese, and corn. Still do, though more so at other locations. Not that they prepare them any differently. For some reason I just order differently at this location.
One old guy comes in asking just for 2 pieces of chicken. The cost? Around $ 5. Are you serious?! I’m not sure who to hit on the backside of the head first: the company for their outrageous charges or the guy for ordering at that price. Just order a combo meal! Or at least consider the value menu…
Aside from the snackers, most of the items off their value menu are over 99¢. They do offer items for under $ 3: a one-​piece chicken with wedge fries, or a mini version of their mashed potato bowl.
To sum-​up, the place is okay; an average 3 star rating. Take it to go if you’re not staying for their refillable fountain drinks. A bump up simply because of their Apple Turnovers. Seriously, I love them! *haha*

However, you want to spin it, KFC makes evil tasting chicken bombed with salt.
Chicken — salt
Double down — double the salt with more saltiness from bacon
Potato Wedges — the epitome of salty
But what it all comes down to is the fact that their mashed potato tastes like crap. It has this weird medicin-​y taste that just doesn’t seem to want to go away after you eat it. Oh and also the fact that it has a weird consistency. It tastes processed (and it probably is).

Believe it or not this place has above average service for KFCs! I just ordered the Double-​Down meal and I have to say it is pretty intense for KFC. Original Recipe chicken breasts, smoky bacon and pepper jack. I don’t mind spicy food, but with the 3-​distinct tastes, it is like 3 loud people shouting for attention in a noisy crowd. Add the country potato wedges with whatever they are coated with and you get a muddled meal of spices. I think if I order this again, I will put the chicken, bacon and cheese in some kind of wrap, or maybe gut a french roll and put the stuff in. Nothing wrong with the quality, but damn there is nothing to distinguish or mediate all of the spices! I mean wrap it in lettuce or something!

Service has been fast. Their grilled chicken tastes really good. The biscuits, coleslaw, and corn are good as well. Don’t order their salad. It sucks. It only comes with shredded iceberg lettuce and a few chopped up pieces of tomatoes.

Goodness this place is terrible. So I order this Big Box Meal. Not only it took them 15 minutes to make it but when I opened the box, there was an order of mashed potatoes, coleslaw, and a biscuit. The guy who took my ordered try to make some kind of excuse that he was waiting for the popcorn chicken to complete my order. The drumstick they gave me was a little drumstick and the chicken strip was small as well. Let’s just say that it sure didin’t look like what was in the picture and far from a big meal. If there was an option to give this place ½ a start if not even anything, that would be my rating for this place.
