Starbucks

White Mocha is a fantastic late night warm up, but here it is a barista’s «street name». We visited this location on Christmas Eve. The beverages were great, but the personality of the crew was stellar. «White Moca» protected us from defective cups and assisted as «signs from above» fell. Even the manager had a «floor special» on pastries. While most were dreaming of sugar plum fairies, this crew was dealing with gremlins. They took it all in stride and kept us entertained through their struggles. Speaking of struggles, «Coconut Mocha» totally understands yours White Mocha. Suffice to say we totally enjoyed our visit. It will be a normal stop for us now when in the area. I highly recommend you do the same. So, the best way for me to sign off is with my «street name»… Mocha Smooth… out!

Overall its a great starbucks just a little bummed that there was no caramel for 3 days in a row so I couldn’t order my usual.

I usually go this Starbucks after eat lunch .
Cashier is usually nice to people. Maybe they are not busy at all. Anyways, they have nice outside bench and lots of cups for Holiday :)
Now on I stock for Holiday drink which is Peppermint Mocha. I love this tasteeee!!!
Yesterday I bought two of Holiday’s drink — which is Peppermint mocha S !!! And I got four of stickers !! Yeah !!! X) !!!
But some of day they make this too… Salty?!
I don’t know what is different. But something is not usual. Anyways I finish it ! Haha.

Best Starbucks in the San Gabriel area. Staff is awesome, under new management and recently remodeled. Lines can get long in the afternoon when schools let out but all in all it’s the Starbucks where they know your name:)

Staff is great!!! Super friendly, and there is lots of them at this store. Seems like they’re very well staffed.
Small but clean and efficient store. Its not a drive thru but sure gets people in and out quick. Small café seating space but good amount of seating with outlets available.
Free parking lot with plenty of other free parking in the plaza. Located in plaza with Pavilions and Wendys.

What no coffee. Can I wait? Hell no I just waited in line for ten minutes to order a plain coffee. This was common occurrence so now I just gave up. Very simple take coffee add water pour. If you cannot manage this you insult me and waste my time. Never again.

Steadily busy, great service even with the crowd of people. Danny and Arcadia are awesome.

Love this Starbucks… the are quick even at 7 a.m. They always get it right and do it with a smile!

I think this Starbucks needs more love than just three stars. All of the staffs were friendly and gave me the best coffee so far.

I absolutely LOVE coming to Starbucks! I mean. who doesn’t?! I came here earlier today, and as soon as I ordered my drink, the barista (couldn’t get his name) taking my order wrote down the wrong number of classics I wanted. The new hire, Anthony, who is one of my favs! Made it within less than 30 seconds of when I was finished ordering! I told him it was super fast! When I took a sip of my addiction, I had realized that it was the wrong amount of classic inside of it. When the barista who rung me up spoke to Anthony, he said, «You made the drink wrong, why don’t you work on the cleaning list I wrote for you?!“Not a good environment to be RUDE! Im not a picky person, so I took my drink with pleasure and told Anthony to keep up the great work! I’m positive Anthony has made the correction every time I’ve gone in there! PROPS TO YOU ANTHONY!

This place is not open until 11pm as advertised. I am a MBA student and I need coffee at night. I researched the local Starbucks and it said this one was open. Nope! Doors locked and the employee did not even acknowledge me at the door to let me know something. Horrible

I do not know why is there two profiles for the same Starbucks but anyway.
I already have my favorite coffee place in Monrovia but I have to leave a note for this Starbucks, where I stop when I am in a rush as it is right down my street.
I will not talking about the coffees, Starbucks is Starbucks. Even though I can mention that their coffees here are always well prepared, even at rush hour.
I have been very surprised with the warm welcome and so friendly service I always experience in this Starbucks!
I totally understand the lack of smiles in crazy busy Starbucks but I appreciate so much the friendliness of all the waitresses and baristas I have seen in this Starbucks. I just want to thank them for doing such a great job and being so nice.

I loved this Starbucks. It was amazing. I got a delicious Caramel Frappé with Whipped Cream. It was great and the service was very quick. There was a very helpful and nice employee who served me named Kimberly. I highly recommend you check this place out. I also think you should try the Caramel Frappé. Thanks for reading my review.

Somtimes I’ll get a dopi an’ sant at oder plazes and they be like, too moist or like so FLUFFY, you know? I like my sant crispy. Every time I come here in the super duper early, you guys got me– you make me a dopi n sant so crispy so fresh so butter. Madi is my girl. She makes dem perf perf. Ery time.

I never had major issues with a Starbucks, until this past week. I have always received excellent service, but this location is horrible. It’s not too hectic here and there is a ton of parking, so no complaints here. The latte I have ordered has been burnt twice, but I can get over that, however, the service I have received at this location has been sub-​par 2 out of 3 times and I only started going here this past week. Well today was my last visit after the cashier behind the counter looked at me with a blank expression when I gave him my order. He proceeds to tell me that bakery item I requested is not a Starbucks item. I walk over to the glass area to point at the cherry oat bars, there are three, I even read out the description exactly as it was labeled. He then disappears for a few minutes. WTH…and comes back to tell me that there are no more cherry oat bars. Dude are you high? Because you look it! There are three cherry oat bars. So I ask him nicely, «are those bars over there for display?» (you never know) … but just looks at me blankly once again. WTH? Creepy!
This is the same guy a few days back had his friend cut right in front of me to help him instead, while I wait for the order in front of me to finish. I had been there for a good 5 minutes and I am not short where you can miss me, but his good ol’ pal got a free pass the minute he walked into the line. A note to you buddy, from a former barista: you need to learn some customer service skills or get a new job and lay off that good stuff.

I love Starbucks, but this area is not safe. There is a really creepy guy who is there all the time. He follows women around making gross sexual comments.
He’s done it to me, and I’ve seen him do it to other women.
If you do come here, and you are a woman, drink/​eat inside to avoid being harassed.
Other than that this is a really nice Starbucks location. Cozier than most, somehow! The staff is also wonderful, really attentive, never gotten my order or name wrong.

First time at this location today. It’s a bit on the smaller side, so finding a seat may be a bit difficult if you’re planning to stay inside. The barista who was working at the register today was super friendly. He suggested the peach syrup when I was getting my iced green tea refill, it tastes like trolli peach rings!
Will be back if I’m ever in the area. Gotta keep the gold status haha.

One if my favorite places to get my coffee in the mornings. The staff is friendly and everyone knows my drink when I walk in. It’s a good thing right? Or I come here too much. Ooh well. I love this place.
