5 stars for the staff who enjoy making a masterpiece sandwich with all of the toppings I love.
3 stars if it’s the owner making my sandwich — who apparently needs to put only the minimal amounts to save money? Sparse lettuce, two pickle slices and a single yarn of mustard and mayo on a 12 inch sub?!
4 stars for being clean and having fresh ingredients.

Nothing fast about this subway. One poor kid behind the counter. Waited 15 min just to order. Go elsewhere if you’re in a hurry.

Thus place always sucks. Now they want $ 6 for a 6 in and chips plus drink. $ 5 for a footlong? No. Your lucky to get what was a $ 5 sandwich for less than $ 7 most likely more than $ 9. I won’t support such a mark up. For years we have had a $ 5 footlong now all the prices are up. I’m here at albertsons buying sandwich makings because it is now cheeper to build your own. I managed a subway once. I won’t be back and will pass it along.

Awful service. And even worse sandwiches. I went in today & bought 4 foot long subs, the girl working (7−28−15 @ 2pm) was annoyed and not attentive at all. She was so rude. And when making the sandwich, used the most minimal she could. I’m sitting here wondering to myself how on earth this footlong sandwich with literally 3 scoops of tuna thinly spread to where it actually looked like sauce they put on it was going to cost me $ 7.25. Then, I decided to pass on that sandwich and she threw it onto the counter. So i paid, & the guy in there said «Have a great day!» ever so condescendingly. Now, as my family sits to eat and we have soggy tomatoes, wilted lettuce, & we are now simply going to throw these away and go to the one on Frylands where they actually care about customer service.
I will never be returning AND I will be letting my friends and family know to stay far away from this Sunway location.

Excellent Sandwiches, Excellent Customer Service. The Subway In Sultan Should Do Their Training Here!!!

The girls working this morning made me and my son an excellent breakfast sub. I am happy with the amount of fresh veggies they put on for me

I tend to like Subway sandwiches to begin with, and this location is no exception. Ordered the cold cut combo with olives, and they made it up super fast.
1 star off for being skimpy on the olives.
