Creative Nails

Just got a simple manicure and it had only been a day before it was chipping and wearing down. Went with a friend & her french manicure was already chipping the next day.
I have had my nails done a lot over the years and never had my nails chip the next day. Disapointed.

3 of us had an appointment on 7÷14÷2014. when we arrived the place was not busy at all, The service was horrible! I had one of the owners (A male) doing my pedi. He could care less if I was there or not! all he cared about was watching «TV» he patted by legs a few times and said «your done» what do you mean i’m done, I’ve gotten a lot of pedi’s and this was not what a pedi is suppose to be. he didn’t do anything! no scrubbing, no rubbing, nothing! I was so mad! one of the other people in our party had TAO doing their pedi! She is the only one that does a great job but she only started the pedi, they had her move to someone else and the person that finished did a horrible job finishing (We all had the hot wax treatment) they didn’t bother wipping all the wax off and left big peices stuck to my legs and toe’s. This is why the polish didn’t stick! There are other spa’s in Monore. I wouldn’t waste my time or money at this one.

I’d been a regular customer here for many, many years. I’d come in on a regular basis, and bring my daughter too.
They’d constantly talk me into services I didn’t need and undermine me when my daughter would want extras on her manicure (they charge per nail). The last straw was when I had a shellac manicure that was terrible. It didn’t set correctly. I went back, they did them again, but I had the same problem. I asked for my money back after the third time and they refused. They wanted to keep doing them over, and I didn’t have the time (or patience) at this point!

This is a good salon to go to, with reasonable pricing. They also let you bring in food/​champagne to celebrate birthdays or events, which we’ve done before. I only gave 4 stars because the polish itself isn’t super high quality (you’ll chip soon if you didn’t get shellack), and I’ve wondered how often they change the towels that put in the back of the chairs. Great foot massages, though!

I’ve tried nearly all of the nail salons in the area, as well as many outside the area, & Creative Nails by far exceeds the rest!
The courteous staff is always quick to get you seated in a pedicure chair where you can relax & soak while enjoying a lovely chair massage. Their products outlast all others. I have very hard nails, so most polishes don’t last for me, even shellac products. But the folks at Creative Nails have mastered the art of shellac! They also take the time to wrap each of your nails in cotton & foil as opposed to having you soak your entire hand in acetone like many salons. This is a major bonus for me because that stuff can be really drying on your skin.
They are always very thorough from removal of old product, to trimming, to filing, to massaging, to application of new product. And best of all, their prices are very reasonable & they even offer a punch card! For every five visits you receive a free design & for every 10 visits you receive $ 5 off!
Walk-​ins are always welcome & I’ve never had to wait more than a couple minutes to be seen. I’ve found my nail salon for life!
