DQ is way better than McDonald’s so there for they already get more stars. The service is pretty slow since its young kids but they are all very friendly! I think the food is great and well priced too. :)

I can’t believe I am writing a Unilocal review for a Dairy Queen, but I have made the mistake of stopping at this location twice now headed back to Seattle from a trip out in the mountains and I’m appalled at how stingy this location is. The ice cream in the blizzards barely reaches the rim of the cup and while I paid for extra candy, the amount I received was almost certainly less than the amount I would have received getting the normal dose at any other DQ. I applaud the business acumen of the franchise owner, as I’m sure he/she is saving bundles.

Stopped by on the way to/back from Leavenworth and I really enjoyed the Oreo blizzard! Definitely better than McDonalds Mcflurry. Some people I was with got a BLT and Onion Rings, which looked as fresh as fast food can get. Would recommend this DQ!

My 2 coworkers & i went to try the $ 5 menu the food was ok along with the ice cream but you have to get 2 $ 5 baskets to get full but it was only $ 5 the problem was when we were eating a group of 6 landscapers started orden their food & the Asian women was so rude & calling names just because they don’t know how to orden the food and the i have to stay up to confront her i speek both language and when i explained them what she was saying they left with out the food she is the owner i think i never going back for sure

I’ve eaten here several times in the past few years and each time have come away with a «meh» experience. I’m convinced that they water the fountain drinks down because they taste funny, like there’s too much carbonated water and not enough flavored syrup. I order a chicken strip basket and got 11 french fries. I remember getting a full basket for fries with the strips laying on top when I used to go to the DQ in Woodinville. Their Blizzards are also lacking on the toppings. I’ve only gotten Butterfinger or M&M blizzards since I was a kid so I know when there’s not enough goodness in them. I have eaten at additional locations in the past couple of years and believe that the owners are cutting corners and that’s just bad business to be charged more for receiving less.

As far as Dairy Queen’s go, they are a fine restaurant. I ordered a chicken strip meal, and it tasted fine. And probably only three or four minutes away from my new apartment here in the Monroe area! Quick service as well. Gotta love that!

What the heck is wrong with Dairy Queen? They keep selling stores to people who go cheap and screw them up. First the one on 128th in S. Everett, now I drop into the one in Monroe, pay $ 6 for a salad I buy all over at DQ’s and it comes out about 2−3″ below the rim of the bowl. I thought, «Cheap suckers could have at least fluffed up the lettuce» but when I dug in I realized THEYDID! Looks like another DQ crossed of my list. That is sad. They should either go back to ice cream alone or realize people come in there to get fed. I never have this problem with the ones down in Astoria & Warrenton, Oregon. Theirs are always good.

As far as DQs go, this is probably one of the better locations I’ve visited anywhere on the West Coast. It’s comfortable and clean and the food is properly prepared. DQ is quite lousy in general(for burgers, etc), but the treats are amazing! One tip is the chicken salad – actually quite good. This location may need their people a bit better trained. There seemed to be a lot of confusion. Overall a great experience for a DQ.

Perfectly fine Dairy Queen on the way back from a trip to Leavenworth. I got a butterscotch dilly bar and my boyfriend got fries. We were both satisfied. The bathroom was clean and the service was quick.

After a long day of river rafting in Leavenworth, my best friend and I drove by a couple ice cream spots on Hwy 2 and passed on em, but then there was an accident that we had to sit in traffic for in the bustling town of Sultan, so we agreed that DQ was in order for bathroom stop and Blizzard. Bathroom clean. Surly lil teeny bopper cashier with sunglasses on head and eyes rolling? Check. I say I will have a… she interrupts me and says for here or to go. Honey, I know DQ isn’t the best place to work, but watch the tude. In addition, my blizzard of Kit Kats had STALE Kit Kats and wasn’t mixed well. But I was too tired to deal with tudey mc tudertin about it, so we drove away.
