Manicurist very rude since she does not understand English. Front desk very accommodating, when it was busy he gave me a discount to return. Would return but with a different manicurist.

Got a mani and a pedi yesterday. Nails look great, toes. NOT SO MUCH! Paid $ 55 plus tip to have the polish come off my toes after 20 mins after she said they were done, I go back. She tells me «you should get gel, you pay $ 30 MORE!» WHAT??? You’re going to charge me $ 30 more when a pedi is $ 20 and with gel is $ 35? Already paid you $ 20 for the toes and you want more. NO. i got them redone, as I was spoken about in her native language, that i feel is VERY rude! Finally she says OK YOU NO TOUCH, SIT BY DRYER, i go and sit, I sat for an HOUR! She comes back, says WHAT YOU STILL DOING HERE? uhmm I don’t want the same issue, so waiting for you to check to make sure they are dry. She says THEY DRY! huffs and walks away. Well this morning i wake up to SMUGGED toes! NEVER AGAIN will get a pedi there. They rush you and get mad because they messed up. She was rude, i wasted money and did them myself at the end. Horrible to rob people!

This was my first time here and she was awesome. She was personable and sweet. It felt like I was spending time with an old friend.
Likewise, she did a wonderful job on my nails. I am quite picky but she did them perfectly.
I also had a pedicure which was relaxing and fabulous. My feet look and feel great.
The last service received was a 15 minute back and shoulder massage. It felt amazing and I thought was over but then she starting massaging the pressure points in my face and scalp-​next level magic people!
I have definitely found my new go-​to girl! I can’t wait to come back

Love coming here. I originally started coming here just to be waxed and my mother in law always seemed pleased with the job they did on her nails. When the time came for me to have tips put on my own nails, you’d think I’d have come here?! Nope and both times i lived to regret the decision. This salon fixed the screw ups both times and my nails look nothing short of wonderful. I live in West Orange now and still make the trip down. Even with gas and tolls, the expense is worth it not to have to pay someone to fix someone else’s mistake. When you make an appointment, as for Jenny. She’s a sweetie and never disappoints!

I absolutely love this place! I have been going to TnT Nails in Monroe for years now and i will not go anywhere else! I have tried other places in the area to compare and nothing compares to the job Sophie does on my nails. The shape is always perfect! And the best part is, they last! Other salons have made my nails uneven, and the polish would chip only after a few days! At TnT i have never had a problem! They are very busy, although they do make sure their clients all leave satisfied and eager to return. They also offer wine, tea or coffee when you are getting your nails done. I always look froward to coming here for my fills every two weeks! The owner, Derek, as well as Sophie always make me feel welcome and at home! i would definitely recommend TnT Nails to anyone that is looking for a quality manicure and pedicure!

First time customer at this establishment and I was pretty satisfied with the outcome. Nail tech lady was polite and did a nice gel mani on me. The salon looks new and chic. One little set back was that I had to wait 10 minute but I would come back again.

I’ve been there over a year. The receptionist is very helpful and kindness. Nail technician did great job on my nails. They took their time spoke to me with kindness, my LCN always look shiny and last 3 weeks. They moved to the end of shopping center, this shop extremely clean. Specially TNT Nails and Spa is the first shop give free sanitizer liner for every pedicure. The shop is beautiful. If anybody would like to get the nails done .I’m highly recommend to come here.

Although the nail technician, Frank, was very good, the overall experience was nerve wracking, hurried, and misleading. The owner/​manager (a woman) actually set a timer on Frank’s workspace so he could keep track of the time he spent on my spa pedicure (he smartly moved it behind him onto another desk). I asked for the Green Tea pedicure. Included in the long description of services (hot stones, massage, exfoliating scrub) was a paraffin treatment which was not done. When I went to pay, I told the female owner/​manager, and she called a gentleman over who explained that paraffin was a winter treatment. I said that the price listed was $ 40, and paraffin was included in the description, and I wanted a reduction in the cost. He agreed to reduce the cost, then told me the hot stone massage (again, part of the description) was a $ 10 service. I told him that an additional cost for hot stones was not stated in the pamphlet. Additionally, my sister had a French manicure, and they overcharged her (an extra $ 7.00), and the female owner/​manager told my sister she was charged $ 7.00 for eyebrow waxing — which she never had! They are deceitful and rush you through services. Not relaxing, and the staff hurries around filling up containers and cleaning while the female owner walks around checking on things.

I’ve been here a few times but I won’t be returning, I never leave happy. First off they are extremely rushed and it shows on your nails, mine have come out looking uneven. Also one time I got my eyebrows waxed here HUGE MISTAKE. By the time the waxer was through I barely had any eyebrow left at all. She shaped them to be exactly the same width throughout meaning the side of my eyebrows closest to my nose were just as thin as the ends of my eyebrows. And over all they were MUCH too thin– I’m talking like ¼ cm. when I looked in my car mirror I began to cry and didn’t want to leave my house because it looked I had no eyebrows. Don’t make the same mistake as me and take your money elsewhere

Worst experience ever. Went in to get a gel polish change. She began to file my nails and i asked her twice her not to electric file my nails. She gave me some soapy pink water to soak my nails and after a minute said ‘see, we have to file.’ I told her it hurts my nails. She told me to watch the TV, not her. She began talking to the manicurist next to her as I was wincing as she filed. I then told her that I do not want her to use gel polish, that my nails needed to heal. I asked her to give me a regular clear polish manicure. She was annoyed, didn’t do my cuticles and barely filed my nails. I stopped here as it was on my way home and since they are always packed. NEVER EVER AGAIN. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND SHE HURT ME.
