George, the proprietor — who uses his own products, just put in a kambucha bar!
Today there was blood orange, ginger, turmeric and another flavor, all awesome. Elderberry is coming next week!
Kambucha helps digestion and contributes to a feeling of well-​being and relaxation, George says, and my short experience with it agrees. Plus it’s just fun to drink. And for me, it seems to help stave off hunger pangs.
The flavor is reminiscent of beer, but livelier and somewhat sweeter. And did I mention it’s only 40 calories per 8 ounces!
Everything Natural Too also has added a bakery counter with gluten-​free products — chocolate tarts, apple nut tarts, coconut cookies… a fairly wide selection. I didn’t sample because of my diet, but will when I get to target weight!
