Pizza Hut

Felt because of the other reviews I had to do this… Ordered pizza to my hotel room… The guy Antonio or whatever was really polite and said 30 mins for delivery… 30 mins later got my pizza… And it’s good so I don’t kno what everyone else is talking about but maybe tonight was my lucky night

I ordered a pizza for delivery and they said it would be here in 45 min to an hour. I called back literally 2 min later to change the crust and they said I couldn’t cause it was already in the oven. I explained that I made a mistake on what crust I ordered and that I didn’t want the one I had accidentally originally ordered and I was sorry for having to change it. The guy was so rude on the phone, I seriously have never talked to someone with such attitude! I told him to cancel my order and I ordered from another pizza place. I will ever be back here again.

The employee Patrice is a completely rude… I don’t understand why they want an employee like that to represent there company!
I will never ever go there again!
There are plenty of places to get pizza!
Go somewhere where they appreciate you as a customer!

Too bad I couldn’t give this pizza hut on Orangeburg a –100. There not even worth the star I love pizza hut but this one has the worst customer service everytime. The employees act as if it’s to much to do there job there rude and act as if there are on the streets not at a place of business. When I asked to speak to the manager about this issue. She was ghetto and told me it was my fault for my pizza not being delivered because the employee forgot to take down my phone number to get into my apartment complex they charged my account and then basically told me oh well. Never again. Seems like this pizza hut does not care at all about there customers or food because on top of all this I never get a warm pizza with full cheese. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND TIME AND ORDER ANYWERE ELSE NOT WORTH IT. I hope corporations does something about this issue because it’s been years and it’s getting worse.

Horrible. Pizza was warm/​cold and when the lady delivery driver arrived she made me pull my pizza out of the bag. I didn’t know it was my job to that. Horrible service

Took my order and kept calling to ask where my pizza was they told me that they didn’t deliver to where i live took my money and never got my pizza im never ordering from here again lost a valuable customer today

I called them the other night at 6:01 pm and advised them I was in a hurry. They said a pizza would be ready in 15 min. I ordered the pizza and told them once again to please rush it as I was in a hurry. I got there 15 min later and 4 employees walked aimlessly around looking for John’s pizza. Then one guy realized he had given my pizza away to a different John just minutes earlier. The sensed my frustration and all they could say was «we can start you another pizza and it’ll take 15 minutes.» This pizza was dinner for my kids while I was going to go to the Gallo Arts Center. As a result of this I had to stop at fast food, which then in turn forced me to be late for the performance. Not to mention the guy they gave the pizza to got a pizza he did not order. I would have been ok had they offered me a free pizza for a later date, but no such luck. I will never go here again.

A complete shit hole not even a year after opening. Love the constant procession of employees and customers chain smoking across the street from the junior high. Their menu of processed plastics is atrocious as well. Good job repainting the strip of building to off match your store colors just tackily so, really adds a distinct air of apathy

I wouldn’t buy pizza from here for the simple fact almost every time I pass by here I see employees hanging out smoking cigarettes in the front.
I rather go to the one on orangeburg and oakdale. But I’ve read they don’t have the best service either. I personally never had a problem at the other one.
