This store has a nice selection of hip shoes for men and women and is conveniently located in the mall, but there is a catch… the customer service. Every time I walk into this store the employees are so in-​your-​face trying to make sure you buy shoes that it is uncomfortable. If you go in with a friend or have someone with you and are talking to them while trying on shoes, the employees listen to everything you say and will insert themselves into your conversation. They are like pushy vultures that make your time in there very uncomfortable. If you like this kind of invasive and pushy customer service then this store is excellent, otherwise be prepared to be stared at and talked to continuously while shopping.

The customer service was poor. We bought a pair of shoes from there and there was something wrong with them; they do not accept receipt if the shoes were worn. Well tecnically these shoes were worn to begin with and they sold them to us with a promise that we could return them if they don’t work out for us. That was definitely not the case. I feel that honesty should be a part of what a business provides and this one is not. We were not happy with the selection and we could not really find a pair of shoes to replace them with. Honestly, all they wanted was my money and that is it. They refused to even give us a receipt!

Journeys is ok. Never my first choice. But when i want vans, I want vans now! I generally buy everything I can online nowadays.

Normally we aren’t Journey’s customers. I always feel like the store is so packed and too busy. We went in last Saturday to exchange a pair of shoes that my daughter received as a gift, and I was proven wrong! The staff is so incredibly helpful and fast! When we had an issue trying to find a pair shoes, the manager stepped in to help and found what we needed. I really appreciate when service is good, and it’s not forced. Every person working in there had a smile on their face, and a happy customer in front of them. Definitely changed my mind about this store!

I love this store! The first time I was here was to buy my daughter some Vans. I wish I could remember who it was that helped us out but he was so helpful! I havent had such wonderful customer service in a long time. The second time was to buy some pink chucks for myself and again the customer service was outstanding! Keep up the good work guys I will for sure be back!
