Bought a very cute pair of sandals, I wore them for a day and they turned my feet black! Gross!!! Went to exchange them and told they are not able to be returned because they were worn. Very disappointed.

I had walked by this store a few times but never stopped and actually went in. Well I am so glad I finally did. For one, they sell my absolute favorite flip flop ever, Yellowbox, its like walking on a cloud… and for two, the guy working that day (my receipt said Blake) he made my day with his friendly and outgoing personality… great customer service and his never ending smile. You just don’t find people like that anymore. I highly recommend stopping in and checking all the shoes out. It smells really good in there too… Coconut and leather. :-)

Went to the store to look at some Sanuk shoes and was greeted by a helpful employee who gave me info on how to size myself with the Sanuk brand. She was very attentative. I bought two pairs of Sanuk’s and they had a deal of buy one get the second pair for 30% off. I ended up changing my mind about them. I went back the next day to return them and found out they do not take returns on sale items so I could only get a refund on one pair and store credit for the other. They did have a sign on the front counter with their return policy but I failed to notice it the day before and it would’ve been nice to have been told about that policy when purchasing a sale item (I find that an unusual policy) I ended up buying some flip flops. They have a nice selection of styles and brands but they were out of quite a few of my size. I will definitely rethink my purchase at this store if there are sales.

You definitely get what you paid for! If you want good flip flops you have to pay a price. This place has great customer service, the owner is super attentive, helpful, and really nice to top it off.
