I have gone in there many times with my girlfriend, who is a big gamer. Usually the staff is welcoming, especially August, however the manager is a completely different story. I don’t know if he has a problem with us being gay or just customers in general, but he has the worst attitude of any retailer I’ve ever met. I will never be stepping foot In that door again.

Worst Service Ever. I bought a 17.99 game stop brand to plug my ps3 to a standard tv. He The Person who helped me did give me the right product. But he just didnt care about my questions and rushed me out of the store when there was only one person walking around looking.

Had the worst experience here today, and WILL be calling corporate. The manager was dressed VERY inappropriately (stretch pants, and off the shoulder shirt). Not only that, but was very rude to us. Short, curt, and unwelcoming. She based the pricing on a system without consulting the system, this isn’t the flea market! So please be aware that the manager is a reflection of the store’s attitude and service, and this is unacceptable.

The girls that work there, weren’t very welcoming or helpful. They didn’t smile, and just acted like we were a burden. But the guys that work there are always amazing and helpful!
We still stop in from time to time… but we won’t go in if those girls are there :(

The guys that work here. or at least the ones that helped me the other day. Were super polite and helpful! This by far is the best customer service I’ve gotten at a Gamestop. Don’t even bother going to the one in Riverbank!
