Dollar Tree Stores

The prices and selection are awesome. I never walk out of there empty-​handed, but I would like to see more cashiers up front. I would walk in this store on a regular basis and find 10 – 15 people in one line with one cashier.

This store and employees are so unprofessional OMG. Every time I go the cashiers are having juicy gossip conversations with each other. Only one register is open when half of Modesto is in line to check out. For some reason I always need something from this ratchet store especially around b-​days and holidays. I guess you get what you pay for its only a dollar people. (I’m really talking to my self cause I keep going back)

Mediocre would be an easy assessment.
The store was a mess with crowded aisles and stuff on the floor. The shelves were not stocked well. I suspect that older stuff was in the back.
It’s a busy intersection outside. Why is this store in need?
The employee who rang up my purchases was friendly and even included a coupon. Maybe, they spend all their time at the registers and don’t take care of the store, except when they’re forced?

I would give them a minus star here, no customer service at all no eye contact from the cashiers one of them was Ashley therefore I had the worst experience ever I didn’t know they sold news papers for 1 dollar I went in a Sunday asked the cashier (Caitlin)if they had any she said no and in front of her register she had some newspapers I asked to see if I can see they were The Sunday newspaper and she said oh I don’t think you can and I look at the newspapers any ways and they were the Sunday newspapers and she was not trying to sell me one I asked her are you guys selling them and she said I don’t think so I did not end up buying them because she told me they were not for sale but yet they were advertising the Modesto bee news papers all because Caitlin was too lazy to help me worst experience! I will not come back to this dollar tree stay away ! I rather buy the modesto bee at savemart and pay full price !

If you ever need something for cheap I mean cheap everything in the store for one dollar its pretty amazing. They have a pretty big selection of decorations and other stuff for whatever holiday it may be. Not everyone wants to shop here because maybe they are too good for it. But I don’t mind it. I won’t shop here for food, but I’ll shop here for other things. Definitely a quick grab n go kind of store. I wouldnt spend hours shopping in here.

Give a kid a 5-​spot and watch ‘em go nuts here!
This place is great for party supplies and cheesy toys (love those soak-​in-​water-​expandable-​monsters). Also, a good place to get pregnacy tests, LOL, and yep, they’re reliable! (Just make sure to go to one out of your neighborhood!)
