Marshalls

One of my favorite Marshalls to go because I usually find something real good when I go to Modesto. Makes my trips to Modesto enjoyable.

5 start for the older lady in the dressing room. She is so nice, she looks like she really loves her job. The store is good also it’s like going to a new store since every two weeks they get new things.

I’m a regular customer. However, last week, I was treated horribly by the older lady that works in the dressing room close to closing on a Friday. I was with my little brother and I took him to try some clothes on. Of course I wanted to see what the clothes looked like on my brother before I bough it. The older lady offered me to go in the fitting room with him and I told her «yea, I didn’t even know that was allowed.» As we proceeded to the room, my brother jokingly said «Do you really need to come in?» Once she heard that she told me to leave. I tried telling her that he’s just joking. She rudely replied and told me no he doesn’t want you in here so get out. There was a customer standing by the entrance who stared at me like is this employee really talking to me like that? So I tried standing by the entrance and she told me no go sit somewhere else. Now that’s when I got pissed. I told her «there’s no need to be rude.» She told me sorry and said she was tired. I said that’s not an excuse. I walked off pissed and I overhead that customer telling her that no matter how tired she is, she should not treat any customer like that. I sat outside the dressing room super mad. I’ve never been treated like this at Marshall’s ever. I honestly regret not speaking to a manager about this situation, but if this every happens again, I will not bite my tongue.

I love their prices here and they have great stuff, however today they sold me hairspray with the top piece missing! Ugh, it’s kind of a far drive from my house to go and exchange it /:

This Marshalls is just like the rest. Easy to shop floor plan and lots of variety of just about everything. I prefer TJ Maxx over Marshalls but this definitely worked for the time being. Careful with the parking lot here also, people like to drive fast and wreck less, but I’m starting to notice that all over Modesto.

I love Marshall’s! I can always find nicer and more expensive items for less! My best score here was a Rebecca Minkoff MAC clutch that retails for $ 300, but I got it for $ 60! There was absolutely nothing wrong with the bag either. No tares, bad zippers, nothing. It was perfect and even came with the dust bag and tags.
I also love to shop here for home goods and clothes for my family. I can always find great deals at Marshall’s! The store is always very clean as well. Love it!
