Verizon Wireless – Your Wireless

The customer service here could use some great improvement. There was only one lady working and she seemed to have a bit of an attitude problem. We tried our best to be polite and patient with her but that didn’t help.
On a slightly related note, I find it odd that this store has NO iPhone 6’s in stock. They’ve been out for quite a while so there should be no reason to run out since they’re so high in demand. It’s another thing if they ran out and are planning on ordering more for the store, but the impression we got from her is that in order to get one, you must order one. I find that to be an odd way of conducting business.
I’ll definitely make it out to Apple in FC Mall since their customer service is always stellar.

Came in with my wife to address phone issues. Rickie was a rock star. Friendly and on point service. Not the closest Verizon to us (we stopped in while running errands in the area) but this will be the one that we come to when needed.
