My internet, tv and phone is through them– if you work them they are just that«OK» in the store tried to lower my $ 180 U-verse bill. why do NEW people get deals and us longtimers just creep up and up and up. The guy in the store tried to get me a deal on my tv/internet service– it wouldn’t go through so I asked«so what do I call and ask for» he wrote it down. I called I fought– and now I have faster internet and more channels for $ 80! I’ll have to fight again in a year– they need to think about retention programs– I can have comcast, dish, direct tv– there are options. Also cut my cell phone plan cost in half– still have almost the same plan just new costs. I’m beginning to like them as much as the others which is not.

Not the best experience considering that a port was completed however the rep never told me that my phone was locked. Then after complaining they offer me a 1990 sliding phone. What a waste of plastic. Not a happy customer!

ok first off its not this store but at&t company it self. i just had a three week worst exerience with at&t, my husband say’s he’s tired of commericals and wants netflick, so i say hey saw commerical that at&t is offering u-verse internet for 19.95… so next day call at&t…first off oh no its not 19.95 in your area it’s 29.95(bait n switch) im like k what ever they get all the info credit card gets charged 100.00 and i think all is well… get a call back next day from at&t their computer froze before everything got processed so heres what we have to do, at&t gonna put that 100.00 back on my card which takes 7 days, then i have to call them back and reorder. I tell them send modem to husbands barber shop then i’ll take it home where i want the internet service and i’ll hook it up myself, so another 7 days my husband gets a text from at&t to confirm install at barber shop so im confused and call at&t said hey i don’t want it at barber shop want it for home so once again they screwed up now i have to cancel have them recredit my credit card and wait another 7 days for that to happen then they want me to reorder again and im like im done i am so done with at&t even thinking bout changing phone service!!! call clearwire yesturday(wed) told the fellow on phone to call me bck the next day so i could talk to husband, he called me today and i’ll have internet monday and hubby will have his netflick… great job clearwire!!!

Finally got an ATT store in the area. They have everything that you need and the service here is really good and nice. I wont’ comment on the cellular company it’s self as there are plenty of mixed reviews but the people at this store make this a desirable place to come.
