I have been to this location twice — the first time was great, today — not so hot. The first time I was there, I was replacing my Samsung that kept crapping out on me software wise. I got an LGV10 that I love and they had a deal that also gave me a free tablet. Now THAT was awesome. Today, however… I bought my daughter an Iphone 6SPlus for xmas(yes, she’s spoiled) and I needed it activated and data transferred. Well, being the first day after Xmas, the store was packed within an hour of opening. So — they were smart enough to have a system of making a list of customers as they came in and calling them in order. Well — instead of calling my name, someone gave a description of the issue and person(i.e lady with her daughter) and I got overlooked in line. After watching a few folk I KNEW came in after me, I asked what the deal was and they admitted they made a mistake and I would be next… ~le sigh~ I’d only intended to spend a max of half and hour there and it was well over one hour before it was done. But hey — I’ve been a T-Mobile customer for over 8 years — I’m not going anywhere anytime soon, but I sure could have used that extra time in my day…

Excellent customer service! I got all my phone issues addressed in a timely manner. And the entire store staff were very friendly and exhibited great customer service. I’ve been with T-mobile for 10 plus years and never had any issues with the service! I love them.
