THEYCLOSEDDOWN… I went today to try it for the first time, and there were 5 – 6 employees hanging outside. The front door was locked, so I asked them what was going on. They let me know that the doors are closed forever. They seemed sad about it, and maybe like they didn’t have much notice, since they were wearing their uniforms.

We tried Third Coast because of the Unilocal reviews, and I’m so glad we did! Good service, great food. The battered shrimp were unbelievable. Can’t wait to go back!

We love this place. Not only conveniently located in our neighborhood. The food is good. I love the pulled pork nachos. Their homemade fries are so good. My husband likes their pulled pork sandwich. Because word is out about this place it gets busy and seating is limited. I hope they expand to seating outside when the weather gets cooler. Even if you don’t live in sienna this place is worth the drive.

The food was delicious. I had the salmon, the special of the day and really enjoyed it. My husband had the fish tacos– so yummy. I hope people visit Third Coast so we can keep good food in the neighborhood.

Okay… I visited the restaurant on 7÷17÷15(Friday evening) about 7:30 p.m. I was anticipating that there would be a wait, considering it’s a Friday night but, we were told to pick a table of our choice. We sat down and the server brought us some menus. He did not offer or ask if we’d like anything to drink, tell us about the menu or anything of that sort. I noticed immediately that he was sweating profusely, almost dripping… with his face covered in sweat, hair and shirt wet, etc. He walked away and we continued to sit, ignored for almost 20 minutes as this same server and another lady walked to everyone around us, passing us repeatedly. Of course, service at a restaurant 101 is seat the people, give them some water and take a drink order… bring the drinks back and take their order. Well, forget about it. That did not happen. The chef at the grill noticed that no one was helping us and finally pulled one of the servers and pointed at us. The lady came over, apologized and offered us a drink. We asked if we could go ahead and order, considering at this point, we’d been there almost 30 minutes. While waiting on the food, we all drained our drinks. There were no refills offered. The servers continued to pass our table as if we were invisible. The food arrived, two burger orders and 1 quesadilla. The quesadilla tortilla was not cooked through, the meat was cut and thrown on in huge chunks far apart… basically, it was raw dough, smothered in cheese… gross. Of course, throughout this period, there were no check-ups or refills. All cups were empty for at least 30 additional minutes. Finally, the lady server returned. I asked for the check and by this point, I’m disgusted and frustrated. She came back, took my credit card and walked toward the pay station which was located near the grill and entrance. The door opened and two new customers walked in. The female server actually put down my credit card on the counter, picked up 2 menus and walked over to greet the newcomers. She then walked them to their table and chatted them up about drinks and what not while my credit card was completely unattended. She then walked to the back of the restaurant to one of her tables and started helping them, all the while my credit card is sitting on the counter. Any patron coming in or out could have picked it up with no problem. Of course, I’m anxious and, I instruct my son to go and get my card back. As he approaches the counter, the cook tells him he can’t take my card, assuming that we’re trying to avoid paying, which was ridiculous… no apology or offer to get someone to help him. My son takes the card and check and returns to the table. I’m waiting on the server to return so that I can share my concern with her about leaving my card as I watch the cook tell two people that we’re trying to steal. Then, the sweating server rushes over to our table, saying«let me take some of these plates out of your way» and instead leans him and his sweating face and arm across the table to actually snatch MY credit card and ticket from in front of me to try and rush off with it. Seriously? At that time, I demanded that he give it back and asked for the manager. I was already offended at the horrible treatment but, this last little series of events was beyond disrespectful. The manager’s lack luster apology was meager and insufficient. Terrible service, unsanitary workers, and risk of credit theft are on the unwritten menu at Third Coast Grill. I know that this restaurant has the luck of being the only«restaurant» in the neighborhood but, I encourage you to keep driving up to Hwy 6 where you can be treated with dignity.

Read on Unilocal that this restaurant was on a list of top places to eat in our area. We had to give it a try. We started off with the pulled pork nachos and they were delicious! I ordered their popular dish, Grits and Shrimp. The shrimp was very big, fresh and it comes with a grit cake and cream sauce. I thought the sauce could of been thicker, by the time I was halfway into my dish, it was a sloppy mess. We also ordered a burger, cooked medium. Burger came back, cooked well and burned on one side. My daughter loves steak, she ordered the Flat Iron steak, cooked medium rare. The steak was cooked perfectly. She did not like the chimicurri sauce that came on steak. She thought is was bland. She said, and I quote, «your chimicurri sauce is better, mom» This made my day! I tried it and it didn’t have salt or any garlic taste like chimicurri sauce should have. Saw on our bill, burger didn’t specify meduim rare, waiter error. Our lunch was a little disappointing. So many good reviews, we must of gone on a bad day.

Got a line on this hidden gem in the outskirts of the burbs and decided to check it out. Hidden gem would be an understatement. The inner loop style cuisine was just taken out and repackaged in Sienna Plantation. As an avid lover of independent establishments I was tingling! Started out with the pulled pork nachos. Errrmagrrd… it could have been my entrée it was so good! I had trouble deciding on the CFS or the Shrimp. I got both. I also got a side of the Indian Fry Bread everyone on here was praising. Raise the roof I loved it. The portion and plating is really reminiscent of an inner loop bistro. The price is way better… way way better. Third Coast is beer and wine only. if you can dig it no problem. There are quite a few wines to choose from and the beer is bottled and the selection just as deep. The outskirts of the burbs don’t have to drive 45 minutes to civilization any more. Unfortunately I will if i want to come and beak bread here again!

This place was amazing. Orderd chimichurri steak and it was great. My kids loved steak medallions that were on the appetizer menu. I ordered them as an appetizer and did not know if they would like it or not and ended up really really loving it. Great service and great customer service. The waiter was wonderful at giving me suggestions when I asked. My oldest son who is 15 ordered the burger and absolutely loved it. My middle son who is 11 ordered the pizza I liked it, but he really wished he had ordered the steak kabobs as his meal after he had them for the appetizer! Lol. The French fries were definitely homemade and very fresh. My 9 year old daughter ordered a grilled cheese and liked it as well. I plan on going there again and trying the quesadillas, because I have heard they were very good.

Best burgers in town! The Texas burger is my favorite. The mix of ground beef and brisket makes the burger melt in your mouth! Just a tip for those going for the first time – Restaurant is difficult to locate because they do not have a sign on the outside. It’s next door to the Snowflake Donut shop. Worth the drive into Sienna for sure!

We ordered the flat iron chimichurri skirt steak, Third Coast burger and had the Tres Leches for dessert. All were amazing! The burger was very juicy and flavorful and was my favorite. Amazing A++++ service from Brandon our server. We will definitely come back again. We had a hard time finding them at first because the sign was not up yet but they are located in the corner of the shopping center. We sat at the bar right by the soda machine and Brandon made sure our drinks were never empty.

I’ve gone twice now since they’ve opened. The second time was better. Wait times were long, menu was small, server was unsure when we asked questions. That all being said, the food was above average and the owner is a nice guy. I’ll continue to visit for the great location alone.

I have had nearly everything on the menu and everything is fantastic. Shining stars are the burgers and fries, pulled pork nachos, steak sandwich, pear/prosciutto/arugula Navajo fry bread pizza. Nice selection of beer and wine. Attentive waitstaff and the owner is awesome. Welcomed addition to Sienna Plantation!!!

I really like this restaurant! The food is always tasty and flavorful, the waitstaff is attentive, the owner is very nice and accommodating. He offered me a cup of potato leek soup this evening, and it was delicious! They have a great wine selection, and the bar is A great place to have a drink with friends. The Décor is a little lacking, It really doesn’t have a sense of style or charm. All in all, it is a cozy restaurant that has Great food — try the shrimp and grits ! Welcome to the neighborhood.

Meh. The Indian Fry Bread pizzas sound great, and the fry bread itself is the right taste if you’re familiar with what the Navajos make, the difference is this comes out thin enough to be like a cracker crust. So far, so good. Unfortunately, it seems like they brush on a bland tomato sauce and some cheese and pop that in the oven first. Then they add the rest of the toppings COLD. So instead getting an amazing prosciutto, pear, and arugula pizza with crisp prosciutto and caramelized pears from spending some time in the oven, you end up with cold toppings on a lukewarm crust. Even if they had brought this out right away instead of leaving it at the pass for several minutes before bringing it to the table(and several minutes before my wife’s entrée arrived) this pizza would have been lukewarm at best because they top it after it bakes. Total letdown. Halfway through the pizza, the chicken sandwich shows up. It’s on the greasy side, and the poblano pesto falls into the ‘sounds better than it really is’ category. This meal wasn’t worth the heartburn.

Best food in Sienna ! I encourage all to give it a try! I’ve been reading the reviews on Unilocal for this place for a couple weeks now and they have kept me from trying this place. Btw they DOHAVE A KIDSMENUNOW! And my kids loved there food. We had the steak skewers for our appetizer. Holy crap they were delicious. For my entrée I had the flat iron Steak. It was seriously hands down THEBESTSTEAK I’VEEVERHAD at a restaurant period and I’m a steak person. Service must be improving cause it was spot on and everyone was very polite and helpful. The food came out quick and honestly I can not find one thing wrong with this place. This was our first visit and most definitely not our last.

My husband and I were very excited to try this place after a neighbor recommended it. Unfortunately I don’t know if we’ll be returning. The main issue wasn’t the food but the service. I called and placed a to-go order at 7:12pm on a Saturday night. They told me it would be 25 minutes. I show up at 7:40 and ask about my order. It wasn’t ready yet. No big deal, so I stand and wait. After 10 minutes or so the manager(I assume that’s who he was as all he did was disseminate instructions to the cooks) asked if I wanted something to drink while I waited. I politely declined. 5 minutes later I’m told my order will be «just two more minutes». I finally get my food at 8:00, nearly double the amount of time I was quoted. Clearly they messed up because it doesn’t take 50 minutes to grill up a burger and some fish and put lettuce in a styrofoam container(our order was not complicated). Nor was it crowded. What ticked me off the most was that there was no acknowledgement of the mistake or the fact that I stood and waited 20 minutes for my order. Not even an apology. Unfortunately the food was pretty good. We got the southwest Caesar salad, Texas burger, and mahi-mahi. I don’t want to return on principle but we’ve desperately been looking for a take-out place close by, so we might. But not until after I’m less annoyed by the poor customer service.

Wow! We have been waiting for a place like this in Sienna. Table of 5 had great service and the place was full. The smoked chicken quesadilla was wonderful and the dipping sauce was incredible. Chicken sandwich was very good and chipotle chicken looked exceptional. Saw some friends come in and I walked over, they were eating the shrimp and grits, the grits are fried and the presentation was spot on. Sienna, you must try this place. Many return trips for us. Great experience.

Brought my teen after his half day of school. He was not pleased with the menu(he prefers fried foods-ugh). I asked our waiter to put our drinks in togo cups because we were going to leave. They then offered my son items not on the menu and basically offered to make him anything he wanted. GREAT customer service. He had a cheese pizza and I had the TX burger. We both loved our meals. Several people came to check on us including the manager and the owner.
