Take this review with a grain of salt since it comes from a snobby Californian. You know, the kind who goes on and on about In-N-Out and how it’s the best hamburger in the entire universe. Yeah, I’m that guy. To be honest, I liked Whataburger. I tried the regular and the A-1 burger. The regular was pretty decent. It tasted like a backyard burger, which I appreciated. My only dis’ is that the meat patty was thin(compared to In-N-Out), and the presentation was whack. Thing looked flaccid. The A-1 burger was good. Just like a Western Bacon Cheeseburger at Carl’s Jr/Hardees. A definite cholesterol bomb, but fuck it. YOLO, right? If you’re looking for a healthy snack, this is not the place for you. If you’re drunk as fuck and looking for something to eat, then come on down. Just don’t do the drive thru. Super slow.

Worst Whataburger ever! So slow. Service is not friendly. Ridiculous. It’s unfortunate that this is my closest one. You have no choice but to go.

Wow they are slow. Everyone who works the drive thru has mumble mouth. Drive thru is always backed up. Staff is always friendly though

What can you REALLY say about Whataburger? It’s a chain, so you have to be pretty dang awesomely SUCKY to mess it up, right? So, this is the location near my home and I frequent it every time I get a hankering for a patty melt and onion rings(always a guaranteed single night — breath of death follows consumption of this) and the drive thru at this location is hit or miss. Sometimes you get the new trainee and other times you end up with someone ordering for their entire 10 floor office building going thru the drive thru(instant B-lane parker). Anyhoo — was just there yesterday and true to form, the drive thru was a cluster, but walked in and ordered. The lil dude behind the register was over enamored with my daughter and messed up the dine-in vs. to go option on our order, but other than that, it was right. Meh — not enough to claw me away from my patty melt, so I will continue to come here when the mood strikes. ~sigh~

Who gave this owner a franchise? Absolute worst. I wait everytime and the orders are wrong.

This Whataburger has a management problem. One of the worst whataburger restaurants I’ve ever visited and I am a HUGE Whataburger fan.

I give this place three stars. It’s a decent whataburger but the one near Dulles and 6 is the better location to visit. I’ve been going here for about 5 years now. Had a decent experience and foods always hot. Had a few bad pies from them. Check before you leave!

By far the worst drive through I have ever been to, food took 30 minutes I had to repeat my order five times, speak with five different people and still the food wasn’t right this is the worst experience I have ever had I will never be back this place is so terrible it should not even be in business

I don’t eat at Whataburger often enough to judge whether or not this one is up to par with the others, but I dined here about two weeks ago and had a pretty decent experience. The place is pretty clean, service is nice and quick, and food tasted as decent as your average fast food joint. No complaints/concerns :)

Yeah, it’s a Whataburger, but it’s the one in our ‘hood. Most nights half of Hightower High School seems to be in here along with a smattering of Sienna moms & kids. But it’s always open, the service is friendly, my order comes out right, and they keep the place tidy. Sure, the taquitos taste the same here as at any other Whataburger. But you’re close to home and that’s all that matters.
