This has been one of our local fav’s for many years. Migas is great… scratch made breakfast sausage unique and tasty. Good coffee too.

Nothing special. There are better breakfast options in Missoula.

LOVE the breakfast here! I wish it was a bit bigger since it can get pretty cramped inside with all of the people waiting in line to order. You can tell the food is fresh.

Right on the mark! Had the migas dish, so full of flavor(with the right price too) My partner had the veggie scramble which had crisp fresh veggies and tons of love cooked in! The espresso was rich and bold, a perfect beginning while on our 1900 mile voyage. Thanks so much! Lovely staff

The veggie browns are not to be missed here. Add an egg or two and avocado for a satisfying meal for two. Great espresso in a bustling, casual environment. Be prepared to wrangle for a table in this very crowded space, and dress warm as the door keeps things cool and drafty on winter days.

To start off, the food is delicious. I have no problem with the flavor however, it was cold. It was quite obvious that the waitresses were a little too busy being friendly and forgot to drop off our orders. I don’t want to criticize a kind staff but I do prefer my food to be hot or at least warm when I eat it. The prices were excellent and I loved the feel of the place though it was a little congested. I would go back to try again just because it was so delicious!

Would give it 4 stars if the service wasn’t so slow so consistently because the food is great! They seem to need more staff or something! But I love their lunch and breakfast

My favorite for breakfast in Missoula – by far! Two scrambled, a large avocado, sourdough toast and an Americano! Cute and attentive wait staff. Give it a try.

Love this place! Friendly barista who not only made us feel welcomed while discussing menu recommendations but, noticing our son’s stuffed fox animal, took the time to create a fox image in chocolate syrup on his hot cocoa. Food was excellent. Veggie Browns are a must have, and French toast was fluffy and delicious. All around great service and great atmosphere.

Loved this little restaurant and wish we could find lunch options like this more often when we travel. The soup was great, the sandwiches were great — what more can I say. The word that comes to mind is inventive. We used Unilocal to find Hob Nob after we’d visited the carousel. While eating, we noticed there seemed to be many regulars coming in, often getting their food«to go». Order at the counter from overhead blackboards. If it hadn’t been so sunny outside, we could have sat at the sidewalk tables with our dog. Two lunch plates and two mochas = $ 26.

Love this place! Hob nob is a little gem in Missoula, awesome service, fresh organic food, and a quirky little hole in the wall place. My favorite is the breakfast hash and the ahi tuna blt. Honestly, for quality food at a good price you have to stop by hob nob!

The Hob Nob is bar-none the best breakfast in Missoula. A few highlights are the corned beef hash, which is home made every day, and the sourdough pancakes, which use an almost 100 year old starter! You can’t beat the prices either. This little plaid fills up fast, so don’t be surprised if you have to wait a few minutes for your food. It should probably tell you something when you see a line out the door.

To me the Hob Nob is one of the best parts of visiting Missoula. I eat here every time i am in town and absolutely love this little restaurant. My favorite menu option for breakfast is the corned beef and my favorite for lunch is the salmon burger… the special sauce on it is just amazing. I also appreciate how special the kiddos get to feel with their mickey mouse shaped sourdough pancakes. This place has great food at really reasonable prices and a welcoming staff to boot.

Awesome breakfast! Super cute local brunch spot with delicious coffee and lots of unique breakfast options. Coming from DC the prices were unbelievably cheap. I would recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area. Lots of cute shops around to check out after!

Sadly, I have to update and dock the Nob two stars. The past two times the food has been mediocre, almost flavorless and I don’t know how that happens with a breakfast burrito. Also tried the BBQ chicken for lunch one day and the sandwich tasted of anchovies, the bun was really dry and fell apart and became useless in the sandwich eating process. The staff also has seemed to be «bothered» by their customers, and that we were a nuissance. Unfortunately, I won’t venture back there anytime soon.

Hipster esque café I dropped by on my way to Hamilton. Small, casual, & quaint. It reminded me a bit of a mix of Portland hipster cafes & those found in SF. Small menu for breakfast & lunch, and you order at the counter. When I asked the friendly server for suggestions, I was told the Ahi Tuna BLT and the corned beef hash were the popular lunch items. I opted for the Ahi Tuna to be kind of healthy but it came out a bit greasy, yet decent taste wise. An alright find in Missoula and open on Monday when most other lunch places were closed.
