I used to eat here a lot, but now it seems like the staff are very rude. They have Cut back on the servings and I had to argue to get 2 packs of plum sauce for my egg roll. They need a lesson in customer service.

This used to be my «Go To» Panda Express, and thats saying a lot seing that theres a location right by my house. .This location is a little closer to my job location so i find myself here more or less majority of the time. The customer service is the worst at this location and its only going downhill, I legit just spent 25 minutes waiting for the server to figure out how many plates I wanted, after going back and forth she finally came down to the correct conclusion that I was ordering one for me and one for my friend (Who was literally right next to me explaining what she wanted) — I kid you not there was no chow-main, no white rice, no fried rice, after a 10 minute wait we were served the fried rice which tasted like mop water. It was the worst tastind fried rice i’ve ever had in my life. Fast forward to 30 minutes later, I’m late to work from lunch, disappointed in the taste and down 7 bucks. Never again

Ehh.
Won’t be coming back. The food was extremely salty and the customer service was quite slow. I could’ve just ordered Chinese and stayed home. It’s not bad but if your salt sensitive like me, don’t waste your time.

Not enough staff with a large crowd waiting to order. Line out the door and one staff member checking out customers in line and online orders. No apologies for slow service. Rice was not cooked correctly. Lumps of white rice in fried rice. Don’t go to this restaurant!

Love this place for a quick pick up food is always fresh service is fast. The fried rice is great and the teriyaki chicken is really good. One of my favs to pick up on a night I just don’t want to cook

I’m all for foreigners working but when they only know there language and not english it gets frustrating especially when they excpect you to know Spanish or whatever as well… We are in America the way I see it if your gna live here and work here and deal with the public it should be a requirement to know fluent English. Just frustrating when you pretty well have to draw a picture of what you want in a big fat crayon like a child. That being said the food is great the beef with mushroom and broccoli is amazing tender beef bites cut right off steak and there is a chicken in a twang sauce that I really enjoy and price is very affordable on any budget but make sure your specific with the employees that way they don’t charge you for those little boxes and by the pound. All and all its a great place to eat once your food is ordered.

The place is great as always. Fried rice is served in the morning. Fried rice + orange chicken makes a perfect combo. I do eat weird things in the morning so yeah, I am guilty about it.
Service is good. Ofcourse you can find them do perfect things everyday. Just close to perfect. Chow mein was also interesting. Although I find the service very low, so i cant really appreciate their chow mein.
Over all, the place looks awesome. Panda Express is incredible

I came here on a Saturday, I was helped by Eva … Very polite and helpful … There was a last piece of teriyaki chicken that looked fine but she told me it was sitting out for a while and she made an effort to get me a fresh cooked piece… You don’t see that now a days at restaurants
