McDonald’s

This is my last visit to this location, I understand fast food but undone and incorrect orders should not be tolerated. Depending on the shifts I get wrong orders and even things left out. On my last visit I ordered a double quarter pounder sandwich and got a cheeseburger in the box. Not to mention the limp undone fries in each order. No thanks I am definitely not loving it.

I don’t even want to give these people ONE star! I know it’s McDonald’s, but this is the worst experience I’ve had EVER! We got there to find everyone chit chatting and taking FOREVER to take the order of the kids in from of us.
Once we got to order, the girl who took care of us was NOT knowledgeable and when I asked her for a specific sauce, she responded «we don’t have» and then I asked her for an alternate sauce & she have me the receipt. I ordered at 1:12! I patiently sat down to wait on my food and waited. And waited. And waited! Until I hear my husband asking the guy across from the kitchen where our order is. The guy responded: I already passed out all of the orders! We got our order at 1:45!!! At a FAST FOOD???
My husband was pissed and asked him if he thought we were just there staring at him. These people need to show more customer service and education! Just because it’s McDonald’s doesn’t mean that they have to be RUDE! Definitely not going back to this particular McDonald’s!

Standard fare, I got lots of food for cheap.

I go to this McDonald’s every now and again in the morning for a quick breakfast if I didn’t have a chance to make something before leaving the house. It’s right next to my office so its pretty convenient but the service is hit or miss. On the few occasions I’ve been there I’ve received the wrong food for my order,
