Got a FLAT TIRE from a massive pothole in the drive through lane. We told the manager Francine (who looked like she just woke up) and she claims it’s not her problem and there’s nothing she can do. She even gave us attitude as if we shouldn’t have told her and had no idea the pothole was there to begin with! I’m not sure how you miss that when coming into your job every day — but I can just imagine what she’s «overlooking» in the kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Not a good look Wendy’s!

As far as Wendy’s restaurants go, this location is top shelf. The burgers and fries have been fresh every time I’ve visited. It’s rare to find that sort of consistency with a nationwide value chain. Also, I typically go late at night, and they crew is one of the most cheerful and efficient I’ve ever encountered. Late night fast food crews are notorious for bad service, so this is a welcome change.

The food is alright but this location along with a couple of other locations never have potatoes, one time they decided to tell my boyfriend they didn’t have potatoes after charging him for it and had the nerve to catch an attitude when we ask for the money back! Not all, but most employees are very rude at this location. I definitely won’t be going back.

They finally got new management at the Wendy’s after they did the renovation good for them !!! The food has improved 1000% so much better than before and the service is amazing no complaints !!! I’m glad corporate did something with the complaints they were shit before. It’s right next to my house so it’s super convenient. Thank you Wendy’s !

I work close by and they are usually pretty good about the service and timing, its usually jam packed by noon so get there a few minutes before or after 1. Haven’t tried the new sides yet but their Chili makes my day! Oh i hate how their drive thru is set up so infuriating!
