Subway

Location had stale bread… how do you mess up making bread at Subway? Making the sandwich was slow, had to repeat myself several times. My friend’s sub ended up split on both sides because the bread was cut too deep and ingredients put on the sub the wrong way. Bottom line, Subway with stale bread should not be in business.

Slowest service I have ever seen in a subway store. As you walk in the employee glare at you like you’ve just ruined their day. I used to go here all the time because I was new to the area. The bread isn’t fresh and it’s supposed to be made everyday. The oven here doesn’t work. They may ask if you want it toasted but it won’t matter because once again their toaster oven doesn’t work. I have never been to a subway where they’re so cheap to the customers. They chop tomatoes in half so one slice becomes two! The rest of their vegetables are soggy and not so ripe. Good luck getting a decent subway sandwich here.

Service was slow. But Tuscan chicken melt was surprisingly amazing. Will order again, however maybe not from this particular location.

I’ve been going to this Subway for a couple of years. I used to go only every so often because the service was so slow, but since they hired no people they are speedy! This works for since I go on my way into work or on a short lunch break. The food is subway good.

This is the worst Subway I’ve been to.
I would rather eat at another restaurant, buy a sandwich from Publix, go hungry, or if I really wanted a Subway sandwich, drive out of the way to go to a different one.
Each time I’ve been here, they would mess up my order in some way or another. Not a big deal, since my orders are sometimes rather specific, but I don’t think it’s just my orders that are messed up, since all orders seem to take a long time. As another reviewer said, they will shuffle the order around if there are a lot of people, so they may get your sandwich mixed up with someone else’s.
I think it might be because of the manager (or whoever it is in the red shirt). Today, I watched as a customer ordered 4 sandwiches, and came back because he was charged for avocados. The customer had not ordered avocados. The manager asked each of the employees preparing the subs whether any avocados went in. All the employees said no. That should be enough for most people, but this guy had to have each of the 4 sandwiches checked to see whether there was any avocado in it before he would give a refund.
Interestingly enough, when my sub was being made, I had a lot of veggies go in my sub. At one point, when the employee asked «Anything else?» the manager answered for me «No.»
I had only gone to this Subway because it’s right next to my work, but after today, never again.

I came in after work starving from my lunch being ruined, I walk in to one customer being helped, everything was great until a group of guys came in apparently regulars or friends, anyway dude completely carried on a conversation while two more customers got in line. When I interrupted him he came over with an attitude I order my usual subway club and the had no roast beef so I opted for turkey then no provolone, then no baby spinach I’m sure they had in the back but I bet I ruined his social hour at work. Shame on me for directing him to do his job.

What can I say… it’s a Subway just like the other 5 thousand that are out there. I come to this location because of its close proximity to my job. I come here so often that the people that run it recognize me and they are always very friendly with me. It is pretty clean and the ingredients all look fresh. If you stay to eat your sandwich there, you’ll end up leaving smelling like Subway… but that happens at pretty much every Subway.
