IHOP

Understaffed constantly. Periodically run out of food items. Quality control needs to be done with food chefs are inconsistent. Lucky if they pick up the phones for a to go order

I walked in here on a Sunday night with my boyfriend and there were 3 tables with people at them, so we expected to be seated or at least greeted pretty quickly!
There was no ‘hello’ no ‘welcome to ihop’ nothing. We simply stood there while the one waitress in the whole place just went from table to table talking, laughing, picking up checks and delivering them while looking at us like a deer in headlights every couple of minutes.
We literally stood there for 10 minutes before taking a seat on the bench right by the hostess stand and that’s when I thought about it and decided to go somewhere else that we can at least get any type of service.
As we were leaving, the waitress still didn’t say anything to us. She did however continuously look us up and down multiple times.
Go to Denny’s or another Ihop.

If you’re looking for the best microwave-​cooked French toast, then this place is for you, Mister! Want rotten strawberries on your pancakes and soggy overly oiled onion rings, look no further. The kids ‘smiley face’ pancakes looked like they passed through my favorite episode of The Walking Dead. The gallon of strawberry syrup on them had my girls tripping balls by the third bite. As someone who appreciates the simple surprises in life, imagine my appreciation in finding the under side of my hash browns completely raw and cold to the touch. The waitress, Farah, was nice. Just slow. Not short school bus slow. Just fucking slow.

Oh lord.
My pancakes were cold. Tasted like they took it out the fridge and microwaved it for 10 seconds.
The system went down so our food took 30 minutes.
Our waitress was not attentive at all. Left a kitchen worth of dirty dishes on our table.
It smells weird in here too and the food flies kept attacking me. I only came here because my family was hungry and it’s hard to talk people out of going to a different location when 1.) They know nothing about Unilocal and 2.) Starving.
Never again.

If the 2 other servers call out there’s no back up plan for you? Really ONE sever to greets, sits you, take your order and serve you? Really no wonder Latraveis looks so sad and overwhelmed! YOU need to do something about this because IHOP been a big restaurant and having this issue? Completely dissatisfied! First time and last time I come here

This is the first time in my life I seen an entire ihop with 1 person working. She was the greeter, server, and busboy. Service was obviously slow and I had to order everything twice bc she would just forget.

They never answer the phone to place an order. When they decide to answer it because they’re annoyed I called several times, they place you on hold. Once I called from my car watching the waiters and saw how they stood around talking while they ignored the phone. I now take my usual business else where. They lost a regular costumer.

Got there at 0930am and placed our order quick since my daughter had school at 1100, 45 minutes later and no food yet. had to pack it up and it ti go.

Had an amazing experience here at IHOP. Have to say that I am impressed by the service that Amber provided. It was better than 5 star places we have had dinner at. Just wow all around and made our day!

HE greeted us at the door, (he was cashing out another customer) as we waited 2 min to be seated. Seated us, took our drink order, brought our drinks in a great amount of time. We didn’t have to wait forever, for our food to order and it came out just as we asked. He actually brought out our kids food first. ******3 year old and 21 month old twins*****- I love when that happens! As we needed things like forks– due to our children stealing ours, he found replacements. Ketchup as well. I am shocked that he did everything himself, the only thing he didn’t do was cook it for us. Great job IHOP… this man deserves a raise! Not only that y’all need to hire some other people to help this man out!

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had. We were seated immediately, which was good. However, we then sat for a good 10 or 15 minutes and no one even looked our way. It’s like we were invisible to the employees. We just decided to get up and leave (which I’m sure they didn’t even notice). This is not the first time we’ve had horrible service here. Needless to say we will not be returning to this location!

Will excellent waiter, the crêpe not so good, stay with the stuffed French toast…

Not very friendly at all. Took the order gave us the food. No more no less. Wouldn’t suggest going there.

I never write reviews. But I visited this location today with my family and it was honestly probably one of the best dining experiences I have had. We were seated right away and the manager even got our daughters plain white paper to draw on since they ran out of kids menus. The server was fantastic. Her name was Amber and if I ever go again I will definitely ask for her again. It is so hard to find good service these days and she was on point with everything. Will definitely visit this IHOP again before any other breakfast place.

The worst service!!! When I called to make a carry out order the lady put me on hold for about 20 minutes and still didn’t come back on the phone! I hung up and called back it was busy! Customer service stinks! I would never call or attempt to eat there again! Terrible

Don’t bother trying to call this place… they either don’t answer or keep the phone off the hook so it’s always busy… tried for 30 minutes non-​stop to order and didn’t get through even once!

Food was great. Service was poor. I understand it was busy but some things are basic. Maybe if they wrote down the order they would get it right. If they check on you when the food comes then they can catch the items they missed. Our waitress realized when I asked for a check that it was time to say more than two words to us… a little too late. The experience is to be had from the time the customer sits down. Next time I’ll just go to Cracker Barrel!
This is the first I ate and didn’t leave a tip… this was beyond subpar.

Not sure where the people came up with bad bad reviews? I came in without reading the reviews but as soon I read them I begun to wonder how bad my food will be ! Crapes and fish sandwiche was good — tilapia was not good. However, server was great, place was nice and I am not sure whether those bad reviews were justified — it’s IHOP, nor a five-​star restaurant.

IHOP? More like «make it stop». Seriously. The eggs were the worst eggs that I’ve ever tasted in my entire life. I’m including eggs from a gas station in Tucson. The bacon was served three slices undercooked and one slice burned. That’s not cool. Hash browns were greasy.
I know you’re going to find yourself desperate on a Sunday morning trying to find a place to eat. Do yourself a favor and don’t stop here.

We are nicely greeted and seated, this was in the evening time and there was only one waiter but the service wasn’t slow. Food and drinks came in a quick pace, the drinks were good and no problems with them. The Wi-​Fi was being finicky at first but I was able to connect to it within 10 minutes.
For our food…
Me: Bacon Burger, it was good and nothing was wrong with it.
Bro: Chicken Tuscan, it was good according to him.
I don’t know remember what my parents had.
Overall due to the service and food, this visit should be full 5 stars as no problems indicated.
