Gem! What a quaint and pleasant family bakery! I was on a work trip in the area, sadly they closed my favorite Trini place in the same plaza, but I popped in here and the boy at the counter whipped me up a little tuna sandwich on a fresh challah roll! You can TASTE that the bread is home made… Yum! The place is kosher=a little on the pricey side and there’s no fixed menu, but there are all sorts of traditional cookies and logs and pastries. I also see that they serve cronuts but apparently you have to get em hot and early… I’ll be back!

I just ate the most amazing snack. It looks like a doughnut but it is made from a croissant and the taste is out of this world! Mickey has been a baker for 40 years and everything there is amazing.
