I just left this place and had a great experience!!!
I had already booked a nail apt at a different salon and they canceled last minute. I called this place and they were able to get me in almost immediately. I explained that I was rushing to go to the airport right after my appointment. Mark was very accommodating at the front desk. He made sure I was comfortable and delivered great customer service!
Rey did my shellac manicure and she was very nice. She did a great job! They knew I was short on time and they were able to get me in and out in under and hour.
Overall a great experience and I will definitely be back!!! Thanks Guys!!!

I’m not super good at stereotypically feminine endeavors, so when it comes time to get a haircut, I usually just shrug and say, «not short?» and then mumble a few other things.
I don’t know how Zachary manages to so perfectly translate my complete and utter lack of directions, but he does. He listens attentively while I fail to even remotely articulate what I want, and then somehow gives me exactly what I was hoping for and was unable to describe. I would chalk it up to the fact that I’ve been going here for a few years now, but that this has been the case since the moment I walked in looking ridiculous after an evening with friends (and a few two many cocktails) resulted in, «you should DEFINITELY cut my hair, drunk acquaintance with zero experience!» Zachary managed to turn that disaster into something super cute while still listening to my pleas to not cut it any shorter than necessary. While he probably could have turned out something even better had I given him free rein, he prioritized what I wanted, which was a refreshing change from several other salons I had tried in the past.
And, as others have mentioned, great space, wonderful customer service, all around lovely experience!

The place is very clean and welcoming.

I’ve said this so much in the last month I figured I might as well write it. Trying to stave off a rift between the hub and myself I finally made an appointment to Vizi to use the Jetsetter Package purchased for me 2 years ago for my birthday. I’d never had an experience like this in my life. The closest was a therapeutic treatment from a chiropractor during the last stages of pregnancy 12 years ago… But I digress… My service started with a facial which was so relaxing. I can’t tell you all that was put on my face but this lady had magic fingers. I loved it! Then I continued on to the best massage my back has ever had. My kids said «Wow, mom you sure are moving around a lot better». This could have been from being totally pampered or because the masseuse [Fred I believe] rubbed all the knots and aches away from the top to the bottom. If you want to be a princess for a day and some then go to this place. I was definitely made to feel like one.

I was recently at Vizi Spa and Salon for a spa day. Saw Beth for massage, malea for facial, and Trisha for hair style. Enjoyed everything. Would highly recommend to anyone. The Pampering was top notch. It is a very unique place and great location. Hope to book a Spa day with friends soon.

I’ve been going to Vizi for years now to get my hair cut, colored, and styled and have never been disappointed. Zachary is the best! I highly recommend booking an appointment with him. He is super friendly and attentive, and he listens to your wants and needs. If you’re unsure of what exactly you want he can give you a personalized recommendation and you’ll walk out of the salon looking fabulous.
The salon itself is super cute. It’s actually a vintage house with lovely hardwood floors that has been converted for salon purposes. I feel at home right when I walk through the doors.
The customer service is always friendly, offering to take your coat and hook you up with a beverage when you enter (including wine!). If you’re looking for a great cut and color, and perhaps some pampering while you’re there, Vizi is the place to go. The services offered are affordable and they stock some of the best hair products currently on the market.

I went here for a long time, specifically to Zachary, and always had a great experience. Then I moved further away and figured I *must* be able to find a decent place in Edina, right?
Well, I had a combination of «meh» places to one that charged my husband $ 70 for his haircut. So, finally when it was time to book him another haircut, I said forget it, we’ll just go down to Vizi, and just grab dinner in Uptown after.
Not only did he love it, I still do too. The cuts are reasonable priced, it’s a cute place, and the people who work there are awesome. Zachary remembered me even though it had been months! I am definitely making this my place, and wish I never tried to find something closer.

I usually dont provide reviews, but this place was so phenomenal that i had to share. As previously mentioned, the pampering is great, and the staff really knows how to take care of you. I stumbled upon this place based on a friend’s recommendation/​TravelZoo purchase and now will not go anywhere else. The facial was amazing — the staff was attentive to my skin needs and asked lots of questions to make sure they used the right products. My massage was SUPER relaxing. I felt at ease the entire time i was there. I would highly recommend!

I had an express facial today and the experience was so-​so. There are two types of facials: those that are serious skin care, and those where they massage your face and make you smell good, but don’t do much else. Unfortunately, this was the latter. I couldn’t even relax given the thumping music playing in the salon downstairs and the fact that she startled me every time she applied something to my face. Those who have had facials before know that there’s a way to interact with the client without scaring the bejesus out of them every time you touch their face (I mean, your eyes are closed and its cold goop: you’re bound to jump unless they do it properly!). The interior is decorated beautifully and the esthetician was very nice. My face smells fantastic, but I won’t be back.

The pampering professionals at Vizi are top notch. Customer server was just above my usually high expectations, both on the phone and in person. I made a same day appointment for a 60 min massage with Matt. Parking was easy, the place is beautiful. Matt’s pre-​assessment and personality put me right at ease, melting my tension before I hit the table. Then his seriously magical hands delivered true gift energy and industry knowledge with precision placement, pressure, and sequencing. His Reiki like healing touch sent notable vibes of healing energy throughout my body. This was way more than I expected or have ever experienced in a massage. Also… I’ve heard their Yoga teacher Natasha is equally gifted in her own rights. No need to shop around for your pampering, this is the place, the real deal!

Six stars if one could. Beautiful unique place and great location for a whole day of relaxation or squeezing couple of hours pampering during a day of fun in Uptown… The Jet Setter package is an absolutely phenomenal deal. Beautiful, clean, comfy and a fantastic owner-​operator.

Went in for a manicure. My fault for waiting til the last minute, but I needed some help fast. My usual place was booked, so I took a chance to see if Vizi had any openings. They did.
I was serviced by an excellent young lady who did a very good job on making my nails and cuticles pretty. She was super duper nice and was very attentive. Unfortunately I needed more than pretty nails and cuticles. I needed a nice disgusting skin removal. Gardening. So fun, so destructive to the hands.
The people were nice. My disappointment lay in paying $ 22.00 for a manicure from a sweet hairstylist. She did a good job, but at $ 22.00 I was expecting a nail technician at the very least.
I don’t expect people to pay $ 60.00 for a full body massage at my business and send an esthetician in to do it. Seems pretty unprofessional on the part of the management.
