Svasti Yoga is great because they really make you feel welcome and invited. Yoga is for everyone, but alot of places don’t make it feel that way– Svasti does. They offer a TON of different classes and time and many of them are donation based. Another reason yoga can be inaccessible is cost– so I love that anyone can give what they can to join! The instructors are also great, down to earth and very knowledgeable.
I know they have other services like massages, but I haven’t done any of that yet.

I come here to go to a yoga class taught by a woman I know. The area is nice, free parking on the street. Enough room for yoga. I haven’t had any experience with other services.

I got a Groupon awhile back for this place and didn’t know what to expect because I had never heard of it! I got the Ananda Express, which consisted of a foot scrub, facial, and massage. I came in feeling run down and left feeling rejuvenated. The people who run the place are really sweet, kind, friendly, approachable, and helpful. The person who did my massage has gotten training from India.
The setting is peaceful, and the décor is lovely. I love the neighborhood and like the fact the one of the owners is from the surrounding community.
The place has yoga classes, spa services, reiki, and trainings for yoga. According to their website, they offer yoga therapy, services for the spirit, and services for the body. Check out their website for more info! You won’t regret it! :)
