Most excellent chocolate croissants. Light, flaky, buttery goodness surrounding two bars of rich and decadent chocolate. The ham & gruyère was also a hit — a generous portion of lightly smoked ham along with melted gruyère surrounded by more of that addictive croissant dough. The one swing and a miss was the spinach and feta — it was good, don’t get me wrong but the spinach would have been even better with some onion or shallot to give the savory component an edge. Service was fast, polite and friendly! A definite will return for me.

Paulette Bakery is easily my favorite food truck and my favorite place overall to get pastries. I’ve had almost everything the truck has to offer and have loved every bite. As for the prices, I don’t think you’ll find a better deal for breakfast in the cities. I’ve visited this truck at least ten times and plan on going countless more. I almost always grab one savory style(which differs depending on the day, I’ve had ham and gruyère, roasted red pepper and feta) but I don’t leave the truck without getting at least one almond croissant. The flaky, buttery, almond taste throughout the croissant makes sure the last bite is as delicious as the first.
