I absolutely love the red curry chicken burrito. It’s spicy with a hint of sweetness. Make sure to try the chile and jalapeño sauces that are set out. Both taste so fresh and add some heat to the burrito, but in different ways. I’ve even had Brava come in and cater one of my work lunches. Everyone loved it! Highly recommended.

They have amazing curry bowl dishes. I have had the chicken and Mahi mahi. Both are very good. Very fresh ingredients. Let them know your preferred spice level and be careful of the condiments on the counter if you are sensitive to spicy food.

My girlfriend and I only had their foods for once and we totally loved it!!! We tried the shrimp tacos at Minneapolis Uptown Food Truck Fair on 6⁄28(yay! the Pride Weekend!!!). The tacos were not stuffed with many ingredients but tasty enough to make us yum. I really fell for the coconut shreds and probably their special sauce on top of the shrimps. My gf liked to see I enjoyed my foods so much, I think. :-p I guess we were too starved to see and remember the name of the food truck except for the delicious shrimp tacos and their fabulous rainbow menu, so last night we basically spent half an hour laying on bed, looking for this«mysterious» food truck on our iphones in a competitive fashion — I know it’s kinda crazy and dumb but that’s what you do with your love right? Result was that neither of us got the right answer so we had to look up her credit card record, and guess what, we found it!!! Lol! I’d say this 30 minutes was even more joyful than the food truck fair experience!

My favorite downtown food truck, big servings and so much flavor… The Tilapia Curry Bowl is out of this world.

I tried the Chicken Curry Bowl at the Fulton Farmers Market today and I absolutely loved it. The portion was super generous, and for $ 9 it was enough to fill me and my boyfriend up for lunch. The person who served me really took the time to make sure the rice had no clumps, the sauce was all stirred up and the right consistency which I appreciated. The chicken in the bowl was actually really juicy, I think they did a great job of keeping it from drying out. The sauce wasn’t spicy, but the flavors were spot on. This was definitely a truck I would try again, and it’s a much better value than a few of the food trucks I see more regularly.

I’m sooo surprised by the poor ratings! My boyfriend and I had the chicken curry bowl today at the fall food truck fair and it was amazing! Super tasty, reasonable price and portion– we were both impressed and happy with our choice. I would definitely eat this again and would love to try some of their other options.

Tried the Brava food truck today and was sorely disappointed. My friend and I both had the chicken curry bowl. I didn’t realize how little flavor curry could have. Just completely devoid of flavor! Barely even resembled curry. It was too sweet, too, and very light on the chicken. Not impressed at all. Will be waiting for the Yum Yum Bowl from WSK from now on when I need my spicy rice bowl fix.

They had the shortest line so I decided to try the pulled steak sandwich on a pretzel bun. It was okay. It had a bit of an off taste for me. I don’t know if it was a spice in the meat or what exactly. I could not place my finger on it. It wasn’t terrible, I ate it. Good amount of meat in the sandwich. They take credit cards. Service was fast and friendly. The sandwich to me, just wasn’t fun for me.

The pulled pork tacos with shredded cabbage are amazing! I walked up and down Marquette looking for something tasty and decided to try something a little different. Plus, they were running a deal for the holiday and chipped in a free soda! I am a fan and will be coming back.

I spent $ 29. for 3 items at the food truck fair, 2 were sandwiches which were all bun and hardly anything on them + a tiny handful of chips. Shame on YOU! If you are running out of meat for sandwiches then dont sell any more! The less than a tablespoon of meat on each sandwich was TERRIBLE and there wasnt any appreciable relish/veg on there either. I DONTPAY $ 9 – 10. FORJUST A BUN W A SPINACHLEAFAND less than a 1TBSOFMEATFORTHATPRICE! NOEXCUSES! I’ll be letting others know what shoddy product you sell. You’ve lost my business.

I had the boneless short ribs on basmati rice in a bowl. The meat was overdone and there was a sauce that tasted vaguely like thousand island dressing. Lots of rice compared to the other ingredients. All in all pretty heavy. Service was fast but next time I will pass them by.

It was a Friday on a perfect day in Minneapolis, and the Brava truck was parked in front of Target HQ. I decided to try it. There were about 10 items on the menu that all looked pretty good, but I am a huge fan of lamb anything, so a pulled lamb leg sandwich on a ciabatta roll with some peppers and sauce sounded splendid. It took about 3 minutes to get my food, with about 5 people in front of me. While I was waiting, I served up a spicy pepper sauce and a jalapeño sauce they had sitting on a shelf. They had perfect little containers to take them. The sauces turned out to be great for dipping the ripple potato chips that came with it. The roll was toasted with a great deal of lamb meat on it with some melted cheese. Kind of reminded me of a lamb Philly cheese steak. The lamb was super succulent and pretty flavorful and it was spilling out the sides. Great deal for $ 8. The chips were pretty fresh, but nothing special. The dipping sauces were actually reversed labelled, I thought the jalapeño sauce labelled«Medium» was twice as spicy as the«Hot» red chili based sauce. But the were TASTY! Not too spicy as to where they would be unenjoyable. But hot enough to make me sweat at the end of the meal. I have read some mediocre reviews of this place, so maybe I just got lucky with the lamb sandwich, but it was PERFECT!

The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars is because there was a long wait for the food after I ordered, making me the last person to get my food out of a group of people who went to various food trucks. However, once I got my meal(tilapia curry bowl), I realized it was worth the wait and the price($ 9). The portion was generous, the food was delicious, and I’ve been thinking about it for a week. I can’t wait to go back!

Checked out the Brava food truck today and was excited because I usually stick to a paleo/primal type diet, but food truck day is an allowed cheat for me, Yay! The streets were packed and most the food trucks were pretty busy. Brava was no exception. There were multiple itemsthat caught my eye, but the roasted lamb sandwich was decided on as it sounded delicious! There was a bit of a wait, roughly 10 – 15 people were waiting off to the side after ordering waiting for their food. I will commend them on a solid system for getting food to the right people by using laminated cards with states on them.(ie Indiana, Hawaii, etc…). After the long wait, I got my sandwich and dug in. Unfortunately the thing was pretty lacking in the key ingredient… lamb. I understand roasted lamb probably won’t be overflowing from the sides bud I shouldn’t have to rearrange the meat so I get some in every bite. When I did get a bite with a decent amount of meat, it was very tasty. I’m also pretty sure the ciabatta rolls were from Costco as I’ve purchased them before myself. I’m not saying this is bad, but those are some beefy buns(can’t believe I just put those words together) and they can overtake any sandwich easily. I may try Brava again, maybe it’s so new that they haven’t figured out the quality control piece, but for now there are so many others options to choose from it may be awhile before I give ‘em another shot.
