Domino’s Pizza

Worst customer service ever! Called in to ask a few questions about the gift certificate and the guy that answered was just plain rude. This dominos need new management and employees, and better customer service skills. Never ever will I order pizza from this horrible location!

Apparently everyone who is employed by this Dominos is either illiterate or doesn’t read English. I make ONE change to my pizza (which the app makes is very easy to do so, and I can only assume that the receipt they look at in the store reads LOUD AND CLEAR what changes have been made), and they can’t even get that right. I was even making their job EASIER! No onions! Ugh. So frustrated.

It took over an hour for the pizza to get here and it was ice cold. I tried to call the number twice to complain and there was no answer and no answering machine. I highly advise to stick with Pizza Hut if you’re in the area… or any other pizza joint for that matter.

Ordered more than 2 hours ago. Tracker claims it was delivered more than 40 minutes ago. Called the store and was told its on the way more than 35 minutes ago. The phone number provided keeps disconnecting when I call. Now when I call I’m told it was delivered. Been holding to speak with the manager for 15 minutes. The driver must’ve brought it to the wrong house. I’ve never had an issue before, but this is so over the top bad I will not be ordering from Dominos again.

BAD BAD BAD! 3 for 3 with screwing up our order. The last time we ordered there, we both got sick. Management didn’t care when we called back… I suppose they are used to people trying to scam free food there so they ignore even the real complaints.
They have zero customer service skills also. No please or thank you… just «whaddya want?» Yes, just like that.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The most pathetic pizza experience of my life.
We got our delivery and our pizza was literally falling apart it was so dry. It tasted like it had been baked two weeks ago.
When we called the store to request a refund, I sat on hold for fifteen minutes just to hear that no one there could do anything about it and the GM would probably call tomorrow to offer us a coupon.

Worst service EVER!!! Every time I ordered from here they mess up my order. The last time I had ordered the woman who answered the phone was horribly rude answering the phone with the greeting «dominos what you want». Then put me on hold twice in 10 minutes. When I picked up the food I ordered, which was a bread bowl and a sandwich, the same lady who was rude on the phone told me my food wasn’t ready and it would be 15 minutes when the whole time she made me wait my food was on the back shelf getting cold when she overlooked it in the first place. I was so upset my food was cold when I only live a block away I called and tried to talk to the manager and the same lady said she was the manager!!! I ended up hanging up on her and calling the next day to tell the day shift supervisor they apologized many times and told me that they been having problems with the lady who I had problems with. The day manager comped me 2 free meals which I used during the day crew shift hours but will never order here again!

This Dominos always has fast delivery. Pizza looks good and workers are friendly. Definitely worth an extra $ 5 for tip!
