I like the food here however they screw up my take out order almost all of the time. Also, the last time I called the girl that answered the phone was rude and the female manager who I spoke to after her was even ruder. Unfortunately I don’t think I’ll be ordering from here again

Too expensive. $ 2.50 for a 20oz. soda is ridiculous. Mineola is a middle-class town and you are simply ripping people off.

I go to the doctor right in this area and whenever I get there too early I get a chance to come to this pizzeria. I wouldn’t say it’s the best pizza ever but it’s really good. So far I’ve had their eggplant parm and it was really good but the best slice they have is their chicken bacon ranch slice. The service is always friendly and it’s always clean and inviting. I’ve been here twice so far and I would defiantly go back especially for that chicken bacon ranch slice. They have a nice menu as well but I haven’t tried anything but their slices yet. It’s worth a try. My only complaint would be I wish their sauce was more unique. I’m a sucker for gaby’s pizzeria’s sauce or Vincents calm bar sauce.

Spaghettini Trattoria makes a solid pizza pie. It’s not too shabby, but not too jazzy either. I feel the same way about the special slices. I’ve also tried the potato croquette, which was wildly underwhelming. The space is big, clean, and large. There’s lots of seating. Plus, it’s conveniently located right next to Winthrop Hospital, and it’s some of the only Italian food immediately next to the hospital.

Very clean and beautiful place. Love the atmosphere, especially with such soothing music playing in the background. We ordered the chicken roll calzone and a buffalo chicken slice. The latter was spicy and really good. The chicken calzone was good for the first few bites but then I realized how overwhelming the mozzarella was and that the calzone was pretty bland. Wish there was more flavor in it but overall a good experience. The food is really fresh and there’s not that much oil on them so it doesn’t leave you feeling greasy afterwards so that was nice. Nice presentation of the food as well.

My co-workers and I come here every Friday for lunch, its usually an overall good experience but every once in awhile we feel really uncomfortable. Just because we are a younger group of people, the other patrons in the restaurant sometimes give us looks, and have actually told the waitress to say something to us because we were«laughing too loud». This is a favorite spot of ours but we are also paying customers just like everyone else. The place gets really busy at 12 on Fridays, so the line can get fairly long, and the two men serving look very overwhelmed trying to balance putting the pizza into the oven to warm, and remembering who ordered what to give them the pizza once warmed. My absolute favorite is the caesar salad slice, which I have yet to find somewhere else, and the potato croquette. It is a little bit pricey, seeing as that most of the specialty pizza is $ 4.25, and average salads are $ 18. Its in a great location too, and really clean and nice looking. We will continue to go here but we dont appreciate the looks we get on some Fridays depending on the crowd.

Decided to try this place out while waiting for a doctors appointment. The staff was very welcoming and the man who was in charge of the pizza was all smiles. He took the time to explain what each slice had on it and how certain slices were made. The pizza was excellent and you could tell they used top quality ingredients. The eggplant slice was amazing. Thin cut eggplant which was light fried. They also have beer and wine and I believe mixed drinks. A major plus for me was the slices of juniors cheesecake u can get for dessert!

If you happen to be around in the neighborhood it’s worth a try. It’s not life changing pizza. But it’s pretty darn good pizza. The cheese to sauce ratio is just enough, and the crust is dry not mushy and raw. Also thin but not too thin. The guy who makes these pizzas should be proud of his craft.

I come here for one thing and one thing only-pizza. So my review will be heavily reflect that one thing. Their pizza is one of the best I’ve tasted. Excellent sauce with bold flavor(that’s 80% of where the taste of the pizza comes from). Nice clean atmosphere that’s looks like a cross between chipotle(with the metal accents) and a white tablecloth italian eatery. The people who work here are also very cheerful and courteous. Definitely recommend.

Nice little hidden gem. Food is great, prices are great. Came here with my girlfriend and the waiter Andre really took care of us. Marco made us a delicious salad and they have a surprisingly great wine selection as well. Place is really nice and clean, you can tell its brand new.

Finally made it here the other day… its been around for a year now… I can’t speak for too much of the food since I only got Pizza… I will say when I first walked in I was impressed with how clean it was. The display counter had an amazing variety of pizza. I got a slice of drunken grandma and buffalo. They were both delicious and finally a buffalo slice that had kick to it!!! I actually needed a tissue by the time I was done eating it now THAT is buffalo!

The pizzas I had from here are amazing. The grandpa slices WOW. I am very picky with pizzas. But, this is def a great pizzeria. Only set back in my opinion. It is a bit pricey.

I came here a few months ago and had pizza to go. I remember the pizza was really good. I hadn’t thought about the pastas were delicious too. I got the linguini in marinara with meatballs. My friend ordered the pasta with clam sauce which had a lot of clam meats.

Tried this place after passing by. The décor is nice. They had some seating and wine options, which is always awesome in my book. We had a few different slices(eggplant, bruschetta, grandma, chicken parmigiana, a calzone, and some garlic knots. Everything was pretty good. The only reason why I didn’t give this place more stars was the service. The girl behind the counter wasn’t very nice. Not horrible, but not nice. Customer service should be important!

Their«healthy eggplant pizza» was a work of art!!! Too beautiful to eat(not that we let that stop us from polishing it off!!). There are plenty of more«traditional/standard» options to take out or order in at this comfortable, clean, well-designed local spot. Don’t blink, or you might miss it(if you’re not from the area) but that would be a real shame. Also a real shame? My phone was dead and I was sadly unable to get even a single shot of our GORGEOUS pizza nor extremely photogenic tri-colore salad, which went well with the basket of warm, fresh bread that arrived soon after we were seated. Excellent service, extensive menu(catering also an option) and very reasonable prices. Don’t miss it if you’re in the area! MANGIA!!!

I’m speaking on behalf of the display food that they heat up for you to take out… i think their food is awesome. I have not had a chance to get served in any other way there and if my opinion changes I’ll change up my review, but for now their pizza is awesome and always takes care of my cravings.

I’ve been going here for months. Tonight my sandwich was void the cheese and mayo. When I called the restaurant the person argued with me stating that he made the sandwich himself and put mayo and cheese on it. I asked him to come and pick up the sandwich and he refused. Whatever happened to the customer is always right? They’ve lost my business and the business of anyone I know. Never again. So rude. The container was marked«no cheese», so who’s the idiot here?

My husband and I were regulars at the pizza place that used to occupy this spot, which was a functional, if not exceptional neighborhood pizza joint. The food there was never anything to write home about, but it was super-convenient for my husband to pick up a pie on his way home from work, so we were regular customers. When that place went out of business, we were temporarily pizza-deprived– so imagine my joy and relief when Spaghettini came in to fill that empty storefront with yummy pizza and garlic knots once again! Except, while I was expecting another average pizza place out of Spaghettini’s, what I got was something much more. On a whim, my husband and I went there for a sit-down dinner not long after it opened, only to discover the décor has been completely redone. I was expecting to just get typical pizza-parlor fare, only to discover they had an intriguing soup with chick peas as one of the specials; I got it, and it was amazing. On a later trip, I got a bowl of lentil soup, which was hearty and delicious as well. I was expecting hole-in-the-wall pizza, and I got amazing food instead. I’ve also gotten paninis a few times, and they have the best paninis I’ve ever had; crispy, yet somehow grease-free. Most paninis I’ve had tend to be grease-bombs(even the really tasty ones), so it was a pleasant surprise to find a place that can somehow make a panini that tastes like it’s been pleasantly acquainted with some olive oil without drowning in the stuff. Ironically, the one underachiever at Spaghettini is the pizza; it’s not bad by any stretch of the imagination, but it’s only, say, 5% better than average– as opposed to the clearly next-level status the other food seems to have. I can’t quite put my finger on why, but it just doesn’t quite give me that euphoric rush that the very best pizza does; it’s just good. In short, I think the owners try hard to really make this place something above and beyond your typical neighborhood pizza-and-pasta joint, and that should be rewarded. Every time I’ve gone there for a sit-down dinner, the place has been pretty quiet(though never completely empty). Based on the meals I’ve had there, it deserves a full house.
