Primo’s Original Pasta Pots

I just had two horrible plain slices from here. It was still cold and tasted old. Since they changed management the customer service has also been poor. I won’t be coming here anymore.

It’s not good at all, I refer to it as a slice of disappointment :/​They’re closed right now for renovations (although the décor doesn’t matter much when the pizza still sucks)

I’m a huge pizza person I eat pizza a few times a week and this is by far the nastiest plzza I’ve ever had in my life. I don’t really review pizza places but I had to because you should steer clear of this one! The sauce is ragu or something like it and I came in at like 11:30 and the pizza was old. It looked old and tasted old and they had only been open less than an hour. Disgusting!!!

The pizza was okay. But, I went for lunch a few weeks back and had a chicken roll. And was very disappointed.

To be fair I’m gonna give Primo’s a solid 3 for now. I say this because I want to be fair when giving my review.
So far the pizza we’ve all had is delicious. Piping hot out of the oven maybe a little too hot because my hands felt like they could’ve fallen off when I picked it up.
My biggest and I mean HUGE gripe with this strip is the parking is the ABSOLUTE WORST! Oh my! The pits I tell ya. I’ve been to the DD in this strip a couple of times. Maybe like 2x? Yeah I rather go the other way on Old Country Road or onto Glen Cove Road than deal with this disaster of a parking lot. The day I went and picked up our food I was not happy because I had to park my pretty and new 2015 Passat at the dumpster. Ok hold your jokes. I don’t wanna hear it but it was the safest place to park my car without getting clipped. That was the day I asked «hey do you deliver?» And I got «why yes we do…»
So Primo’s we’ll continue to order delivery and I look forward to updating my review. And if you’re coming from court and you really wanna try this place then attempt playing Frogger. It’s not worth parking in the lot.

Very good! Fantastic meatballs! probably one of the best I have tasted. Fresh and delicious! Would definitely recommend to my friends! Staff is very polite and attentive! Prices are very reasonable and food are great!

My co-​workers and I have tried a little bit of everything from here. Everything we have had has been delicious. We’ve had the pasta and meatball pot, which is very good and enough to feed an army! The fried ravioli is awesome. I recommend this place if you’re in the neighborhood! And they deliver!
