I had a great experience here. The employee(Travis) was pleasant and helpful throughout. First I called in advance of coming to ask if I’d need to bring my own tape, boxes, etc. He answered and told me the most economical way to send my packages. When I arrived at the store, he showed me how to use the fax machine, then packaged up three boxes for me while I worked on my fax. The shipping costs themselves were decent enough. Maybe I could’ve gotten a slightly better deal by comparing at USPS, but this location was extremely convenient as I ran other errands in Milwaukie.

This use to be my favorite Kinko’s. Close to my house, the staff was great! Obviously knowledgeable and very helpful! There was very rarely a time when there was less than 2 people working, and if not, it was just for a short period of time. Things ran smoothly and rarely backed up in getting production done while helping the walk in traffic. THEN, sometime last fall, a new manager appeared. I specifically asked if anything was going to change and if all the staff would stay the same? «Oh Yes» he said«No problems»! Within a month, the main staffer who had been there since this branch opened and with the most knowledge was no longer there and there was rarely a time when 2 people were working! Most of the time, like for 6 hours straight, there is 1 person in the store! And I’m talking middle of the day, when there can be 6−7+ customers waiting to ship, to print, to fax, to special order some printing! Not sure who’s making the decisions, but it has gotten so ridiculous, I would rather drive up to the Sunnyside location because they have at least 3 – 4 people working most of the time. Or better yet, I’ll just head to the UPS store across the street for printing and Oregon Blueprint for oversize.
