US Post Office

Went here on a Tuesday afternoon around lunch time which proved to be a horrible idea.
There was only one person working the counter and the line was almost out the door.
My friend needed to mail a package and I needed to buy some stamps to send out holiday cards. We waited about a half hour but the line barely shortened so we decided to just leave.
Why not give them less stars?
Well one thing I have never seen in a post office was a coffee/​tea station with pastries for the customers. I found it odd but oddly inviting and friendly. Maybe they know people will always have to wait in line and a cup of hot tea and a donut hole will keep them relaxed.
Also the post office was very clean and organized.
This post office is so close to my apartment and I mail packages on the regular so we’ll see what happens the next time I go. Hopefully the line moved a little bit faster!
