Topper’s Pizza

I ordered Toppers on Sunday.
I spent all day Sunday on the couch. It’s been awhile since I’ve had one of those…
See, I’m getting old and I can’t hang like I used to. I felt «ill» because of an OPEN BAR SITUATION at a wedding at the Pfister.
See, I didn’t want good pizza. Luke suggested Classic Slice. I love Classic Slice. But sometimes you just want to eat like your feelings feel.
Toppers is mass-​produced pizza for the masses/​college kids. A doughy, cheesy, likely preservative-​laden mass of carbs. I enjoyed every second of it this past Sunday afternoon.
(How many Grey Goose and seltzers can *you* drink in three hours?)

Gave this place 1 star 6 months ago but now 5 stars! They have really turned it around. Consistent, friendly professional staff with on time deliveries. Great job!!!

Service was extremely friendly at this place. I always feel very welcome here and usually leave a dollar tip on the receipt.

What a joke! I called in a pizza, topper stix, and cinnamon stix. They asked if I was serious about my order. It wasn’t that much! They did cut the price in half but I still paid $ 20. That would have been fine but it was such horrible service it doesn’t matter

Horribly raw. I’m normally not a picky gal when it comes to pizza. But the pizza we got tonight was completely raw dough once we pulled back the cheese. Literally unedible because I have no doubt that our stomachs couldn’t handle that much raw dough without getting sick. Called and offered to drive the pizza back in myself for a refund. Luckily they were nice about it and allowed a refund. I would like to add that the delivery driver was super sweet tho… and my dog loved her. (You can always judge someone on how they treat your pooch). So I gave the customer service the 2 stars. Hopefully it was just a pizza fluke for them.

Ordered online, was told pizza would be here in an hour… it is now 2 hours since we ordered and still no pizza. Sat on hold for over 10 minutes and no one answers. Called a 2^nd time, was told it was with the driver and would be here in 15 minutes, that was a half hour ago. Just called again, was told again it was out with the driver… what a joke! Not worth it. If you say you are going to be here by a certain time, you should be… every time we’ve ordered online from other establishments they are here within 5 minutes of the delivery time. Both girls on phone were rude as well and just full of excuses. Still waiting…

I feel like with Toppers, it’s always a hit or miss on the pizza; never horrible and only once was it amazing but normally, it’s just alright.
I’m giving this particular location one star because all three times I’ve ordered it’s either sucked, never showed up, or showed up after a complaint and then the order was wrong! I do not recommend this location.

Meh. I’m like whatevs. It’s run of the mill. There’s nothing special about Toppers. I take that back. They have a pizza in stick form that they do not add marinara sauce to. However, multiple sauces on the side. And this said pizza is topped with bacon and then drizzled in chocolate…
Okay…if chocolate drizzled pizza is your thing, well then. Here you go. Never have I ever seen this, nor would I ever order it. It doesn’t appeal to me in the least. For others it might.
It was hot, hot, hot in there. I’d never eat in.
The service was absolutely friendly but boy did that phone ring and ring and ring. Granted we came in at like 1:30am on a Saturday night after leaving the Sugar Maple so they may have been due to close. But it was annoying. So much that I went up to the front counter and picked up the phone and immediately hung it up. This did not solve anything.
I ordered boneless buffalo wings: mild. They were decent, meaty and a small had plenty. Gf got the bacon pizza sticks with garlic sauce. We didn’t eat it fresh, we put it in the fridge for later. So unfortunately we’re not sure what they’re like fresh out, but leftovers were meh.
I won’t be back. There are other, better pizza places that are more worth it. Or else We’d just make our own.

Toppers is delicious! My favorite pizza is the California Topper. The particular location in Bay View always has great customer service– very friendly and greets promptly. Pizza is always ready on time.

Hands down, I love me some Toppers.
They have fun toppings on their specialty pizzas, the topperstix are bready crack, and the service is ridiculously friendly.
Every time I come in the shop I am greeted with a chorus of «Hello’s!»
Delivery is always on time, if not early. (Last night they quoted me 5:15 and were there by 4:45).
Any time I had an issue, they have made sure to resolve it on the spot.
I really love this shop and its delicously addictive pizzas!
