I walked in an asked for my usual red eye and the cashier shook her head and had a comment in regards to what I ordered(new cashier). Why do she have something to say about what I order? The next time I went I ordered an proceeded to go and add my cream and the worker moved the table while I’m pouring my cream… unbelievable! Not to mention she was sweeping around dust. I rather drive to Shorewood for some good customer service and hospitality.

Everyone here is nice, but service is sooooo slow. I’d come here more often if they could speed things up. It doesn’t seem to matter the time or day. I’ve been here early morning, afternoon, weekday and weekend. For instance, right now, Iv been in the drive thru for 7 min already. It’s Sunday at 430pm. There were 2 people in front of me. 9 minutes waiting, that doesn’t include them taking my order. If you aren’t in a hurry, it’s a nice place. I still come here when I’m not busy. The employees are really nice.

Good coffee(although all other local coffee shops have better… lol) Pastries are all boring and bland — so airport-ish. Teas are good but honestly who hasn’t been to a Starbucks? For me coffee shops are about the personalities, the neighborhood and the ppl… I want free Wifi, great tasting bakery or sandwich choices and delicious coffee… I want to see ppl I know or would want to know and I want the place to be a genuine part of the community and have a personality(think«Amityville“meets any Happy-ville)… Starbucks is so branded that it lacks personality and is marketed on just its logo/name Starbucks though prominent lacks the local culture of Collectivo and the coffee lacks the taste of Anodyne or even the passion of Stonecreek… What keeps me coming back is that because of its presence in the neighborhood and the free Wifi I am willing to buy my favorite caffeinated beverage to enjoy the company of friends, play a game of chess, chill and stream music or video… A safe meeting place or just a place to woosah… It’s nice to have options and if Starbucks ever kicked their coffee and/or pastry game up it would at least bump up in my top five but for now it remains a six… flailing below all my favorite locally owned coffee shops.

This Starbucks location is on my way to work and I finally had time to stop this morning. I went through the drive thru and it was packed with cars. I thought the lady that took my order was friendly and had the drink made correctly. When I pulled up to the window my drink was waiting. The best part was that the drink was free because the wait was so long. I thought that was great customer service and because they recognized the long wait and made up for it I will definately return to this location.

Service here is always incredibly slow! No matter what time of day. Such a disappointment.

You know, they’re a Starbucks. They have a drive-thru. But they’re so slow and not very friendly. I do, however, appreciate that there is a Starbucks in this location, so yay.

Some days they are the best, some days really terribly slow. I used to go there a lot but not so much these days. Drive thru is pretty fast and good service. They are nice people. Just needs some improvement.

I love Starbucks, ok coffee shops in general! Location is convenient and the staff are super friendly! My only problem with this Starbucks versus some other ones is the inside space is so tiny. Often times there is no place to sit down and when you do find a place to sit you always feel like you are in other people’s way. I will still go this starbucks because the staff are friendly and it is convenient, but if I want to just sit and read a book I will choose a different one.

I take Fond du Lac Ave from North Avenue to Mill Road for work every day and this Starbucks is the only espresso haven on that journey. God bless them. I’m a pretty simple orderer — I just get shots of espresso with some flavoring and I think I have yet to be charged the same amount any of the times I’ve been there(two or so times a week) which can get frustrating. There’s really no one to not sound snotty when telling the cashier how much your drink should cost. The turnover here seems to be pretty high, so newness might have something to do with it. The entrance to the drive through hits right at the entrance to the parking lot — and not far away, the entrance to the whole strip mall lot — which means if there’s a backup, it’s a bit of a cluster… But that rarely happens. I get my coffee quickly. It’s tasty. It helps me get through my work day. I have low standards for what the people who give me my morning caffeine need to accomplish for me to be ok with them. It’s a Starbucks, they provide you Starbucks-y drinks on the quick side of things and they’re my oasis in a desert.

The best if not one of the best. I go almost everyday. It’s amazing how the workers know me face and voice.

Got my first pumpkin spice latte of the season here. It was ok. Tasted a little off. Probably won’t be back to this location.

This location is right on 56th and Capitol at the Midtown Center. It’s in a perfect location. There is wifi(free) available and there’s a drive thru and outdoor seating. The staff is some of the best I’ve seen in a while. This location is always clean, I wish they had a couple sofas and the place was a little bigger. Its great place to eavesdrop on some interesting conversation, people watch or get some work done. I love the fact that they are always playing some good Jazz, World music and old school R&B music. I’ve been there enough that they know me.
