In the past I have generally been clueless about fashion. I’ve been taking steps to change that lately, and recently visited here to update my wardrobe. I believe the man who helped me was named Michael. He was extremely helpful, polite, and patient, and had lots of great advice to give me. I wound up spending a decent amount of money on several items, and am quite happy with all of them. The education I received from the salesman was invaluable and has put me a long way toward actually dressing well, for a change. I’ll definitely come back again.

This is the place for well-​tailored, high-​quality menswear. I buy all my suits and sportcoats here, all custom tailored. They have a good selection of off-​the-​rack clothes but pop for the extra few dollars & buy custom made. You’ll look great and feel even better. Knowledge able staff, good service and tailoring second to none. I work with Tony Anderson but all of their staff are pro’s.

I have purchased several suits and custom shirts from Richard Bennett Tailors and have also given gift certificates from Richard Bennett as gifts.
Tailoring work is generally of high quality (except see below) as is service (except see below) and they are slightly fashion forward but conservative.
Last time I was there was for a suit I had made. After wearing it several times a pants leg seam came apart so I brought it back to be fixed. Although they warranty their work, they charged me $ 2 to fix this and I do not think that is fair as I only wore the suit several times.

When I feel like splurging on new clothes this is one of my favorite places. High quality merchandise and a friendly staff who are always willing to help me find things that fit me even though I am sitting all the time. They are expensive, but worth it.
