I have a fair amount of dry cleaning every month or so and this place is my go to in the area.
They got a 3 day old pen stain (stain!) out of my favorite pants. Fairly certain they have magicians working the back. Plus great prices and quick turn around. Love this place!

Absolutely the best dry cleaners in the area or all of Milwaukee. Great service and amazing turn around to get your cleaning. Highly recommend this place. I drive extra time just for them. Hours are great too.

I used to live in this neighborhood. Now I drive past 4 dry cleaners and 8 miles to bring bring my clothes to them. They know my name when I walk in the door. and often have my order pulled and hanging when I walk in… having seen my car pull up.
The service is great. they have gotten out stains I didn’t think would ever come out. The alterations are always perfect and done fast at great prices.
Glad that they are about to expand the size of the shop because business is doing great.

My cousin gifted me a black pencil skirt for my first post-​college interview. On Friday, I noticed the skirt was dry clean only. So I did what any reasonable person would do: opened my laptop and Unilocaled «dry cleaners.» This was the closest to me (the great reviews were a plus), so I drove over there to drop off my skirt. (Am I doing this adult thing right?)The dry cleaners has its own little parking spot, which is super helpful for the anti-​parallel parkers of the world.
The transaction was very simple, an older lady greeted me, took down my information, grabbed my skirt and handed me a little paper saying to pick it up on Tuesday. I looked down at the paper and gulped as I read «$ 5.96» Christ! This adult thing is expensive! I obviously don’t know if this is good or bad.
The skirt was ready by Tuesday, I picked it up, paid my dues, and carried on. Thank you for making me look professional, Westwood Dry Cleaners, but you were not easy on my pockets.

Love the Westwood Dry Cleaners! Fast, friendly, careful and quality job done. The prices are fantastic. The location is convenient. Love that I can drop off in the morning and pick it up the next day! Highly recommend!

This place is awesome. They obviously are a busy and big operation, yet somehow they know me by name every time I walk in, which isn’t even all that frequently. Shirts are cheap, and everything is always cleaned and pressed PERFECTLY. They almost always can accommodate next day service, and never charge extra for it.

Pretty much the nicest people you’re going to meet… and the dry-​cleaning is done perfectly too! I lived in Tosa, down the street from them. Stopping in once a week or so to drop off and pickup became a treat. Each time I walk in, the young lady and her husband get to know me. They ask about my family, my job, my car… and actually CARE what I have to say. So genuine.
I moved recently to Oak Creek and yet I was driving all the way back to Tosa because I could not find the attention to detail nor the kind of friendliness that made driving in and out of that parking lot worth it. Just awesome!

Westwood Dry Cleaning is a great place to get your dry cleaning done.
They are able to get the clothes cleaned quickly & for a reasonably price.
One time I lost the ticket they give you to pick up your clothes & they were able still able to help me.

Being new to the area I read other reviews and I took some pants there. I just needed pressing. Diane said, «Press only? Is tomorrow soon enough?» I couldn’t believe it. I didn’t have to pay for a cleaning to get the pressing and next day. Staff was welcoming and unwilling to charge me for a service that I didn’t need. I will be returning. Thanks Westwood.

This is the best family owned dry cleaning business. They have experience with military uniforms as well. We take all of our items here.

I’m incredibly pleased with my experiences here. Everyone is SO friendly and welcoming. The prices are really reasonable and the turnaround time is really quick. I took some of my husbands clothes and he noticed right away that they looked brand new. They took especial care of his white suit and it looks brilliant. I will use Westwood for all of my dry cleaning needs from now on.

After several rude and «forgettable» transactions with a dry cleaner also on North Avenue I decide to take my dry cleaning business to Westwood. They are family owned and you’re always greeted with multiple hellos. They are comparable in price but it’s really the customer service that sets them apart.
Like most small businesses, they specialize in their trade and not websites. Westwood could really use a website that conveniently has their hours posted.

Westwood deserves 5 stars and are «as good as it gets».
They are not only the best dry cleaner I’ve used, their customer service is some of the best I’ve encountered in any business.
I’ll keep my review succinct and informative:
–staff greeted me by name on my second visit and all subsequent visits. Amazing because months of time would go by between my visits.
–have great attention to detail and work hard to get stains out. At times, this means cleaning a piece of clothing multiple times.
–give customers a big, bright, purple nylon bag to take home to place articles of clothing in to bring back to them.
–offer a great value. I don’t price shop-​around typically. I want someone who does a good job, and I’m willing to pay for it. However, they do a fantastic job and their prices are very fair and competitive.
–are cost conscious. I had a large order of military dress uniforms and all the random pieces that went with it, like snap-​in collars and sleeves, etc. They priced it in such a way to be the most economical.
–have free suckers at the counter!
They are a fantastic business, and while there are many other dry cleaners closer to where I live, it’s worth the drive to North Ave and 87^th in Tosa.

Great place. The young people who greet you r fantastic! Always polite and ask about your life.

This is a good, Tosa-​neighborhood, family-​owned dry cleaner which the wife and I have been going to for a number of years.
Since we gone there so many times, let’s keep this review short and simple.
I don’t know how their prices compare because we’re all about convenience (location, hours, etc…) so we don’t go shopping around to save 50 cents on the price of cleaning a blouse or dress shirt.
We may have been lucky but we’ve always been happy with the quality of their work and never had a mix-​up.
