Hong Kong Express

Honestly the worst service I’ve ever received. I don’t know how you are still in business. I ordered my food online and the wait time was estimated 15 minutes. I arrived around 20 minutes later to give you some extra time and not only was your staff rude to me, they didn’t even START my food. I had to wait for my noodles to cook while your employee slapped some sweet and sour chicken in a styrofoam container (which was cold by the time I got home because I had to wait for my noodles to cook.) Let’s not forget that when I did get home to eat it I ended up having to throw away all of my napkins and cookies because the sauce from the noodles leaked everywhere — also ruining my chicken. So THANK YOU Hong Kong Express for serving UNBELIEVABLY disappointing «chinese» food. I was crying when I got home because I was hoping to relax and enjoy my chinese food with my boyfriend but instead spent the last of my money on horrible chinese. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.

This was probably some of the most disappointing chinese food i’ve bought. my sesame chicken was like dog food or something. the meat inside did not seem to be chicken… also the «sticky» rice I got with my meal was not even that sticky.
Also: do NOT get the sugar biscuits… no matter how much temptation…
