Great service, patient and well mannered staff. Highly recommend coming to get eye exam and glasses.

Once again, I love coming here. I came in as a walk-​in and I felt very welcomed. Laura, the supervisor, saw me, greeted me and helped me with my purchase. I was very pleased to see her. She’s almost like family because she knows my mom and brothers. I don’t think I would feel the same way at any other place. Not to mention the optometrists are very professional and experienced. I was seen by Dr. Phan who was really friendly and recognized me as a patient years ago. I only visit the optometrist once a year but it’s always nice to come back to a place that’s familiar and welcoming. I would recommend this optometry because of the professional and friendly staff.
**Tip** if you can’t get an appointment, come in as a walk-​in on the weekdays in the morning, preferably when they open. I did just that and I was seen right away.

Sadly very costly store. Nice people, but they are charging at least twice the price on frame and on lenses. I bought a pair of nautica sunglasses and the same are available on Amazon for less then half price. This is very sad. There has to be a limit on the premium charged by a retailer. Also on the lenses they charge at least twice then Costco. My suggestion is to purchase frames from Amazon and get lenses from Costco.

Vision Insight is a great optometry! Because it’s located inside the mall, my first impression was that it may not be so great compared to other optometrists I’ve gone to. Vision Insight is always busy and filled with customers, but despite that, they have the most workers I’ve seen in an optometry office, which allows them to take care of their customers very quickly! Seeing the doctors don’t take too long either. Such great customer service. I would walk in, and even if one person is busy with a customer, they ask what I need help with and find a colleague to help me! Also, because I live out of state for school, when I was getting knew contact prescription, they gave me a lot of samples that would last until I could come back! As for the frames, they have a huge selection. So all in all, great optometry filled with kind workers who care. Love it here

Been going for a couple of years now. The staff is always super friendly with making appointments, giving information, and even rescheduling appointments. I always get constant updates for my upcoming appointments, when my frames or contacts arrive, and if there are any issues that arise. The doctors (usually different as people have noted), are always knowledgable and friendly. I really enjoy coming to this location. I recommend calling for an appointment since they are always busy. Sometimes you have to wait 2 – 3 weeks for a weekend appointment. Good thing is that they are open 7 days a week!

Horrible service. Waited almost a month for my frames because they failed to tell me about an issue with my order, they had me come in and pick new frames told me to wait 30 mins, waited then they tell me they broke the frames I wanted when trying to fit my lenses into them and without telling me just tried to give me a different color. This place is the ABSOLUTE WORST.

I’ve been coming for for some time now, and every visit of mine has been quick and easy. This past visit though the employees have made it very pleasant. As I finished my eye exam, one of the associates gathered up my prescription information/​payment. Turns out there was a rebate for the contacts I just purchased! (Love rebates) Instead of them giving me my receipt and sending me on my merry way, they processed the rebate application for me online! They gave me extra copies of my receipts, etc and even gave me an envelope with a stamp on it. How awesome is that? Now all i have to do is stuff the envelope, write on the envelope and drop it off in the mail.
Super easy, super fast, and the customer service was impeccable!

An easy 5 stars. This place has a huge selection of frames at all price points. I found several that I loved, which never happens. Secondly, I was fully expecting to wait a week or two to get the completed glasses, but no, they were ready in an hour. The customer service is excellent, no relentless upsell on the lenses, my questions were answered quickly and confidently, no complaints whatsoever. Will def come back.

The staff who run this place are very warm and friendly. They always make sure that you have been helped. The doctors/​optometrists do a very clean job. They typically take ~2 weeks to get your glasses done.
It’s conveniently located inside a mall, so you could combine errands (like shopping) ;-)

There a ton of Dr’s here… not a huge fan of any but one. Don’t know his name but he’s a young kid looks like he’s 12. By far one of the sweetest and most patience eye doctor Ive ever come across and for that they will continue to have my business.

Had some foreign object in my eye that was bothering me so much. Called and did a walk in at this location. Great and very helpful staff. Saw Dr. James Yao and that awesome Dr. Did some magic and took that debris out of my eye. My eye feels so much better now. Thanks.

I’ve been coming here for the last 7 years buying Oakley prescription glasses/​sunglasses every couple of years. I have had nothing but good experiences here. I always make an appointment and there is usually little to no delay to get my eyes examined. The optometrists are top notch, very helpful and they definitely are there to help and I have never felt rushed at all. They have a large selection of all he major brands, especially Oakley. Today I saw Dr. Phamie and she was awesome. Tracy helped me out and was very helpful in helping me find the right glasses, fitting and up front about costs. I will always go here as long as the service remains the same. I also go in frequently for adjustments and they are prompt and helpful in that respect as well. Five stars all day.

Eye test was very nicely done. They took a walk-​in. The doctor went through methodically ask the questions and tests, provided for feedback.
The choices for sun glasses for sports are limited, specially if you are looking for men’s smaller size. I got sun glasses with power done, so far I am satisfied with them.

My mom have been to this store many times to buy glasses. HOWEVER, today, one employee of the store treated us like «TRASH». We came by to tell them about the problem with my mom’s eyeglass, but that woman did not welcome us. Instead, she talked to us with a very bad attitude. Since my mom does not speak English fluently, she asked this woman to help, but she refused. HOW COME AN EMPLOYEE REFUSE SERVICE TO A CUSTOMER??? WHAT IN THE WORLD IS THAT? Thanks to the other employee who was very nice and helped us. We both feel really upset about this store. This is what they commit «Our friendly and experienced staff also speaks many languages aside from English such as Tagalog, Vietnamese, Chinese, and Spanish.» BUT WE DID NOT SEE SO!!! Such a bad experience.

This place has Great Customer Service and great prices too. They are also very friendly.

I walked in needed new glasses for the first time I was there a good 30 – 40 minutes and not one person came to ask if I needed any help! When I first walked in they looked busy, but the rush didn’t last long.
I was trying on different glasses had a few in hand and I placed them gently on the glass so I can ask a friends opinion on styles. Then one lady came up handed me a basket and said put them in here and walked away! Rude at least ask if I needed help. Whatever I won’t be going back because they don’t have time to acknowledge a potential customer, I don’t have money to waste on them

This place gave me a wow service. I came in my sunglasses was broken while I was in the mall. This lady was willing to fix it for free.
I don’t mind paying all I need to get it fix.
She said come back 15 mins. All I’m saying she did not ask if I bought that from them, she still rendered that awesome service.
So I can tell my friends where to find great service. Keep it up.

But, my brother really liked this place, he said she triple checked everything and actually gave him actual lenses with the prescription to see if everything was right.

I’ve been going here for one whole year now and I can honestly say this is the one of the most friendly and versatile (in terms of style) optometry stores in the bay area. They have a few doctors doing eye exams, and many employees who are out helping you select the right pair of glasses. The brands range from Prada to Coach to Raybans to Guess to Boss. Anything you name, they probably have it!
For me, what made me feel like VIP was when my sales rep walked around with me at the shop for about 30 minutes trying to help me pick out the right pair of glasses. I had described the style I wanted to her and asked her if she has something similar. She looked at cases and cases of glasses, not minding that I wanted to try on all different pairs. Finally, I found the right pair of glasses and I was so satisfied and could not have done it without her help. She even gave me an extra $ 10 off ;)
Unlike my last optometrist, the optometrist there was very helpful too and very honest. It really seemed like he knew his stuff and actually gave me the right prescription! I used to be –1.75 on both sides, but now after his examination I am –1.50 on one side! I’m hoping that this means my vision improved and not that I have been wearing the wrong prescription of the past 2.5 years –_​_​_​_​_​_​_​_​–
After I did my exam and picked out my pair of glasses, they were able to get my prescription done within 1.5 hours! How exciting is that! I just walked around the mall until I was able to pick them up.
Just FYI, they do take eye insurance from many different companies. With insurance, you will probably be able to get around ~$ 200 off. Very worth it imo! Looks like this will be my new optometry place from now on!
