Came in on Sunday around 8 Marisa was my waiter she was super nice and lots of refills when we needed them atanasio helped us out too. Food’s great and quick

Saved a life! Last night we went to Chili’s after ballgame. 2 men at the bar, one obliviously had been celebrating the Warriors far too long. Man 1 says. «Dude just don’t drive home, get über driver» man 2 «uh ok» 5 minutes later man 2 gets up taking empty red ill cans and goes to his car. Man 1 gets manager and goes to talk to man 2. End result, they talked him out of driving, stayed with him until Über showed up. Chef from the kitchen used his über account. Pretty amazing team work. #dontdrivedrunk #goodintheworld #accidentprevented

I didn’t catch her name but shoutout to the girl who took care of our party of roughly 20 on Saturday night. She was on her toes and brought drinks out and took our orders right away. We barely had to ask for water refills since she came with a pitcher a few times.
No complaints, just wished Chili’s assigned another waiter to relieve some of her stress.

45 minutes to an hour wait while it’s empty??? Very disappointed, there were empty tables and the host tries sitting us in a booth when we were 5 people and asked if we wanted to sit separate. Obviously we’re not trying to sit squished and uncomfortable. Will not be returning.

SURPRISE! Walking into the meal time with my eating partners undecided we ventured into Chili’s!
How can we go wrong? There’s a bar, there are dining areas. There a lots of people to eat food. Well at least on the other side of the restaurant! We three got seated in the top secret area… so I decided to have something that TOP SECRET.
WIth that said I won’t tell you what I had. But it was good AND it was unexpected with the name dish I had. Let me give you a hint: Veggies and Cheese. If it matters, go ahead an guess what I had but either way the two people I ate with were bored as hell sitting at the meal with me!
Yes– I’ll eat there again! Service was BOMB and the food was pretty good too.

Now that we can order online… service is perfect. This is our fall back every time I don’t want to cook and don’t want pizza.

Went here today few mins back. Entered and waited for 10 mins to be received/​seated. The guy at reception was not paying any attention to guests. Few ppl entered after me and nearly 10 ppl were waiting, but there was no one to take care. Also half of the restaurant was empty, but still ppl were made to wait. We just left after waiting for 10 mins.

Worst chilis I’ve ever been to.
Whether it’s 7pm or 10pm expect them to let the phone ring when you are trying to order food Togo. You can’t be that busy you can’t pick up the phone to ATLEAST put someone on hold. Taking my business anywhere but here.

It’s Chili’s. They aren’t known for their fine dining experience, but they do what they need to do and they mostly do it right.
I’ve always been a pretty big fan of Chili’s even though I’ve never been to this location which is the the one closet to me. Pretty strange. Well, after the hell that was Great Mall, and trying to eat at Dave & Busters with an hour and half wait time for a party of two (with about have the seats empty) we came here.
Seated instantly and the service was pretty good. Fast and efficient. They have a deal which is two entrée’s for $ 20 bucks, with an appetizer. Can’t beat that. I love their burgers, but it’s been awhile since I had one here, and it seems to have shrunk a bit. Hmm. That’s life I guess. Still it was pretty good.
I still retain claim that Chili’s is pretty good and people should give it more of a chance. Thumbs up from me.

I like the food. Not so much for the service. Very busy I know, but don’t forget to check on your tables water. :)

Our waiter, David, served 7 of us all by himself – excellent 5 star friendly demeanor, always asked if we needed anything else, especially drink refills, brought us extra napkins at very beginning, and kindly took our group photo after we dealt with the bill.

Spiced Panko onion rings were really good.
Garden salad was larger than expected.
Big mouth bites tasted fine, no wow factor since they weren’t hot off the griddle. Corners of the cheese were solidified. The food did take a while to arrive. Appetizers were quick though.
My friends thoroughly enjoyed the ribs & fries. Two half racks demolished by two small girls.
Veggie burgers and chicken crispers were popular.
Complimentary ice cream for the birthday celebrant with a song from the wait staff, no candle.
Restroom flood fiasco caused my friend and me to drop by Walgreens, Days Inn, and finally Big Lots. Well, they cleaned it up within 45 minutes.
Strange how some lady at the entrance told my friend the restaurant was closing at 7pm, when she arrived at 6:30. Someone’s had too many margaritas …
I’d only go back if we were guaranteed the same kind of service. Thanks, David!

Stefanie was our server last night on November 16, 2015 and she was awesome. She was so friendly, quirky, attentive and helpful. She totally made the night for me! I really enjoyed my meal and my time at the restaurant even more so! I will be back thanks to her. She is the best! We played a few games on the little screen thing and it was actually a blast! I had no clue that you could compete against others in the restaurant!

Our waiter was great… With that being said…
This placed seemed understaffed for a Sunday afternoon during football games. Half the restaurant was closed while the other half was messy and selected table on the other end were open. The reason why selected tables were open was because most of the tables were left with dirty plates, used napkins, and messy floors.
Our table had to be wiped down, and the booster seat we requested also needed to be cleaned throughly.
We had to stare at a table that was completely trashed and water or liquid of some sort was spilled on the floor while we ate our meal. Multiple waiters walked by and no one did anything to clean up this safety hazard. There was a worker off to the side on his phone and two host up front chatting and or messing with their phones.
Three large tables around us were messy when we walked in and messy when we left. The surrounding people had left during our meal and no one came to bus out the tables, adding up the number of messy tables.
As we finished eating, no one came by to take our plates either.
Like I said we had good service from our waiter, but the mentality of «it’s not my job» was clear there that day.

Came here with a large party of eight others for lunch in between wedding dress appointments on Saturday, October 10^th.
Things were fine with me and the rest of the party for the most part up until the check came. Our waitress looked like she was just having a hard time juggling two large tables at once and here service was lacking. We had to split the checks and the appetizers we shared as a table (chips and salsa) all ended up on one person’s bill, and then my bill and another person’s were not correct in that the wrong items were listed (and no this wasn’t just a mix up among us). It just took her such a long time to get them sorted out and to process all our payments when we were trying to get out of there and on to our next dress appointment to which we were almost half an hour late because this waitress either was not fully trained or just had too many people to wait on at once. She did not appear very apologetic either and I had to ask the host to get us to-​go boxes because we spent ten minutes waiting on the waitress to come back.
This location should probably hire more staff in order to accommodate weekends with large parties better.

Came here for a Friday night dinner with my wife. We were seated right away. Logged into my chilis account to check rewards…5 minutes passed. Looked at drinks… another 5 minutes. Looked at menu and figured out meal…5 more minutes. Meanwhile another table of 5 had been seated and a server came over to give them silverware and start taking their order. Mind you we didn’t even have silver ware much less water. So we got up to leave and magically the manager showed up trying to convince us to stay. On the way out we see three hosts hanging out and chatting it up. Why have that many hosts if you don’t have enough waiters? Wasting money and losing customers. Never going back. I took my points to the chilis in San Jose (Coleman location).

Great food on a hot weekday.
Snack plate was outstanding. Enjoyed every bite.
The carneta plate was to die for, see for your self attached.
You cant go wrong for the price and quality.

When I started working near this Chili’s, I quickly became a regular every time my weekly pay check came in.
I would come here almost every Friday (and even sometimes in the middle of the week) to get a drink or five at the bar with a co-​worker. The bartenders have a close relationship with their regulars here and would strike up a conversation with them like they’re their relatives. It’s really homey.
Drinks here are about $ 3 each, which makes every hour here happy hour. And they’re strong! Would most definitely get a good buzz going on just one. It’s amazing.
I’ve since left the job near this Chili’s, but I would go out of my way to go to this one for their excellent service and strong-​ass drinks. I highly recommend this location. *thumbs up*

Good food, but sometimes pretty slow service. I usually order an old timer burger. Today they disregarded all the special requirements but they corrected it right away when it was brought to their attention.
I love coming to this restaurant… but I just wish they weren’t so understaffed all the time!

I am a big fan of the Skillet Queso! Seriously so good. They have the best tortilla chips here. I also ordered the grilled chicken salad and it was good! I love the lime vinaigrette they use as the dressing.
We walked in at five o’clock on Wednesday night and got the last table available in the bar area. It was pretty packed and only one waiter for the entire bar area! That’s like 15 tables with two people at each of them. Sheesh! Our order was taken quick and our drinks and food came out prompt, but it took a while for our check and change. No biggie though I understand. If I was really in a rush I would of just walked up to the bartender behind the bar and paid my bill.
This place is good. Standard Chili’s. Get the Queso!
