Service with attitude and the food is not much to get excited about. To top it off they can tell the difference between chicken or steak!!! By the way the Flat Bread looks nothing like the commercial on TV! I’m thinking it’s only this location.

The place is small inside, but theres ample seating even during noon hours on a business day. Parking is small. What can I say, I love their dollar menu items.

Not my ideaL Taco BeLL Location since parking is smaLL and its usuaLLy fiLLed up due to the Lee sandwich patrons and the phở pLace a few doors down. It’s aLways pretty empty here and I guess I know why. [see aLL of the previous reviews]. Food is quickLy thrown together and sLoppy, check your orders prior to Leaving if you are getting take out, and don’t expect too much when it comes to customer service.

The short Indian old lady took my order with clear gloves on. Then she worked on MY order then another customer walks in she takes his order and using THESAMEDIRTYFILTHYGROSSCLEARGLOVES and starts making HIS order! She never change the gloves after handling cash and register!!! I shouted at her, «wth are you thinking?» All she said«oh» and re-made my order. The question is do you think I’ll enjoy a meal here? NO!!! WILL I CLMEBACK? No … completely unsafe, unsanitary and bad customer service not even an apology… I tree away my food!

Not to brag, but I am a Taco Bell aficionado. This one is just awful. There’s a seriously weird/bad smell here. On more than one occasion, I’ve had to go tell the manager that the tables needed to be cleaned an the last time I tried to eat here, they were having a store meeting. I know this because they had a sign up on the window that said, «Opening at 8:30» or something and it was more than half an hour AFTER they were supposed to open and the door was still locked and a group of people were waiting around. I was like, «Lee’s Sandwiches(next door) has breakfast.» So that’s where I went. Now I avoid this Taco Bell and go to the one on Main Street — by the Great Mall and the fire department — instead.

Just an average Taco Bell. But its fast food and it’s really the only Mexican food i can get the hubby to eat(sad i know). The parking lot is a huge negative for the different restaurants and services in this plaza. The food took quite a bit long than i had hoped for for a fast food chain. However the food was good but sloppily put together. My two taco supreme weren’t even wrapped properly in the the wrapping. Luckily i checked my order because they forgot Joe’s cinnabon delights or whatever. Good enough, just make sure you double check. The person before ordered a burrito or somethign with no sour cream, and it came WITH sour cream. Sadness.

What do you do when you hear someone in da kitchen sneeze? Accept your orders or not? Their service is slow. They see you, but they don’t say anything to you or even call for whomever is suppose to take da orders.

Just returned home from drive thru. Unfortunately i didn’t get my full order. I tried calling the number listed BUT mailbox is full! Looks like this is a regular occurance because another Unilocaler wrote about it back in Nov.

OK. I know the fortunes of a franchise sometimes swing back and worth with changes in management. There are some exceptions: The TB in Santa Clara on El Camino is consistently clean, accurate, quick, and provides great customer service. I’ve never had a bad experience there in 12+ years. Then there’s THIS craphole on Berryessa. They consistently screw up simple orders, have ridiculously long wait times, and miserable attitudes. I’ve just avoided it for a long time until today. thought I’d drop in and see if it was any better. NOT. I pulled up behind a line of *11* cars, with two obviously trying to get out of line and leave. Eventually they did — I waited another few minutes, looking for signs of movement. I tried calling the manager(408−351−3432), and was told«that extension’s» mailbox was full. So evidently they suck so bad they don’t identify themselves on their voicemail, don’t answer calls, and don’t even check their inbox, let alone respond to messages. So I left like the other two guys. As I rounded the corner, I saw no cars between the line and the one car at the window. That tells me they weren’t busy with the lunchtime rush. they were just SLOW as hell. If you’re hungry, go next door to Lee’s a buy yourself a baguette, because you’ll STARVE waiting for these asshats to screw up your order. Why Taco Bell hasn’t pulled their license by now is beyond me — what I experienced today was nothing new.

I asked the cashier for a liner she said they didn’t do that here? Uh ok? Cleanliness matters? And when I asked the man behind the counter for a bag he gave me an old scrunched up bag with cheese bits on it! And so I asked him for another one and he handed me another one but he sure wasn’t happy. Terrible experience for my first visit and I sure won’t be coming back! Order number 10203÷08÷15

I love that they’ve moved to The end of their strip. That and the added drive through rock :). Also they’ve finally freed up the hit sauce so you can get a few for your burrito. The new taco bell app makes things easier too.

Been here every so often since they relocated towards the end of the plaza. Before they moved a few doors down, this was the only Taco Bell I’ve seen in east SJ without a Drive-Thru or all of SJ for that matter. The drive-thru is kind’ve tricky as you gotta go behind the building, rather than the side as most fast food places. There’s really nothing special about this Taco Bell vs the other taco bells. I just happen to live near it. But in the past 3 years of coming here since they moved a few doors downs, I’ve havent had any problems. Customer service is always good, they always ask if I want any sauce & they always double check my order. Which is all I really ask of a fast food place. With all the bad experiences I’ve had in the past with fast food places, it’s gotten to the point to where as long as they get my order correct on the screen, all my food is in the bag & they dont over charge me, I’m pretty much a satisfied customer. Believe it or not, most places cant even get that right.

Slow tonight… both the drive thru & dine in. The drive thru had a 7 car line. So we decided to walk in. No one was in line at the counter and no one was stationed at the register either. The manager was there, writing

If I could give no stars I would found three pieces of hair in my waffle taco disgusting couldn’t call due to cashier whom was an assistant manager did not give me a receipt. Worst taco Bell I have ever been to. Just because of that I will no longer eat Taco Bell again.

My son likes plain taco so we use the drive thru mostly. I don’t really like eating inside at this location it has a smell to it that I don’t like. I rather use drive thru. Taco Bell is like a once in awhile thing. When I can’t decide what my son want to eat.

i’m giving this review PURELY for the exceptionally friendly person that took my order tonight at the drive thru window.(date: wednesday april 16, 2014 — 4:30pm) i didn’t catch her name, but she is always such a friendly person with the most genuine smile. the world would be an entirely better place if we had more people like this. if i had to hire an outward facing employee to interface with foreign nationals and the general populace, i would come and take her away from you Taco Bell. you have one very hard to find person. thank you for being so awesome.

It was another late late night dinner at Taco Bell again. The big advantage of eating here late is the zero wait time. I dread the long lines at fast food restaurants. I also prefer going inside rather than going through the drive thru. The drive thru as most fast food joints are typically pretty long. On this visit I ordered their crunchy tacos, chicken soft taco, bean and cheese burrito, and 7 layer burrito. It was nice to learn that I had an options for onions and sauce in the bean and cheese burrito. I ordered it with sauce, but no onions. They were quick to make my food and I picked up all the taco sauces in the self serve area. The food was pretty good and consistent with the Taco Bell standard.
