Millville Family Dental PA

This office is unprofessional, and will try to get money from you even though you have insurance coverage. After waiting over 30 minutes from my appointment time, and all the staff being as unprofessional as them come (think Wal-​mart employees) I finally got to the back. Some chick comes in and talks about taking 18 x-​rays, then makes sure she jams the plastic thing in your mouth. I assume then the Dr comes in, he never introduces himself, just looks at the xrays then in my mouth. If you tell them that it has been over a year from your last cleaning, they will charge you $ 75 for «pre-​cleaning» even if you brush everyday. They are scammers, and I’m sure will be shut down soon once my complaint goes in.

Amazing office. From the girls behind the desk all the way to the assistants in the back. Just all around great place. Only complaint I have is the doctor that does root canals. He didn’t want to help me and suggested I just get them yanked. Went to Dr Wang in Vineland and he said they could be saved. Everything else is excellent

I’ve been to this office about 3 times. First time was ok and when they filled my cavity it was alright. The second time I went there, the girl took X-​rays of me and handed the wrong one to the dentist. made it look like I had a mouth full of metal which I didn’t. Good thing the dentist was paying attention though. He noticed that it was the wrong X-​rays. Was there about a month ago and my experience was good.
My husband on the other hand has had mixed feelings about this office. Second time he was there, they forgot he was in the waiting room before the dentist went to lunch and they had my husband wait on hour before they noticed him and asked him to reschedule. Now he’s needed a new mouth guard and it’s the third time they’ve had him in there only to tell him that the measurements were wrong again! Like, do they notice that it gets sent wrong or is it wrong from the manufacturer directly? Idk. My husband is debating on whether to go back or not. We’ll see how it goes.
