I’d give them zero stars if I could. The services here are a waste of money. Two terrible massages and brow waxing where she practically scalped me. On top of it they’re crooks and the front desk staff is incompetent and that’s being generous. It took me over a year to get them to cancel my account, once over the phone which I was told 3 months later wasn’t possible and oh by the way you owe us payments for all those months and then twice in person. They continued to charge my account all this time, despite my account being canceled and then charged me a late fee and an additional month when I went in the second time to close the account. This amounts to about $ 400. Go anywhere else, the service will be better then they won’t rip you off.

i would not use this place .A customer went in to set up a couples massage , for someone very special(a 1st timer) the spa was told NOT to contact this other person as it would ruin the big surprise, well guess what happened —-you got it he was contacted in my opinion and others, think they really did not walk the extra mile to make it up to this customer… so because of this i will be cancelling my membership …Its also in my opinion this location doesnt seem to care to much about TRUE customer service as other spas do… MASSAGEe ENVY spas here i come!!!

I’ve been here maybe twice, but I would not go back. I get regular massages, and I know there are better places around here you could go. What turned me off the most was their high-pressure membership pitch each time I went. They wait until after your massage to try and sell you a membership, and they don’t want to take no for an answer. It was actually kind of difficult to remain polite to them. I just wanted to get out of there. The place is clean enough, quiet in the massage rooms, and easy to book an appointment, but for me it’s not worth going back if they harass you every time about their ridiculous memberships.

Needed a Deep Tissue massage after a long day at the track. Called at 5pm, got a 7pm appointment. Facility is very nice, very clean. Staff is professional and courteous. Masseur was very competent — conducted an interview to determine the right approach. Very satisfied with the result… and would repeat. Very good value.

DONOTFREQUENTTHISESTABLISHMENT. SCAMALERT Signed up for the monthly membership. Went to cancel several months ago. Told me over the phone that it was taken care of. The following month I was charged again. I called and very friendly representative apologized and said I would be refunded. Was again billed for this month. Just called again and was told that I would have to hand deliver a form to cancel. First time hearing this. To add insult to injury was told that even if I cancel now they will still charge me for next month. A scam. If you use them pay in cash because they will keep charging you. SCAM

The place looks great too bad the service sucked! The woman who massaged me smelled like cigarettes. This was a birthday gift for my mother & she didn’t have a good experience either. I’ve had better massages from Asians. Over priced as well didn’t massage for a full hour… more like 30 mins. Rip offfff.

My experience with this business was a comedy of errors from the start. I called to make my appointment explained I wanted the $ 69 introductory hot stone 50 minute massage. I wanted to add the $ 7.50 foot treatment I saw advertised as a special on facebook. The young lady on the phone was super professional and friendly. She asked me if I had a gender preference and I replied I need a female I do not feel comfortable otherwise. She then happily announced I was booked with«Joe Smith» who is a fantastic therapist and also employee of the month. I asked if «Joe Smith» was a male and of course the answer was yes. I then repeated myself and said I am sure«Joe Smith» is a wonderful therapist and no slight to him I need a female please. She corrected the reservation. I arrive for my massage and there are two young girls at reception, one of which is helping check out a client. I stand, I stand. I am not greeted. Finally, the other girl looks up and asks me how my massage was. I reply I have not had one yet. She apologizes, checks me in, and tells me to have a seat and she will get my paperwork over. I get myself some water, sit down, paperwork never comes and she goes back to whatever. A therapist comes out and calls my name. We have no consultation, she asks me a couple of brief questions and I try to share what I can. I have a very stressful job and carry a lot of tightness in my upper back and neck. I need lots of heat and deep pressure during massages. I prefer it and it feels good to me. Massage begins and I can tell immediately this massage will do me no good. I do not feel like getting into a conversation at this point. The massage was light on pressure, light on heat. At no point were stones laid on my back or other areas. None of my areas where really worked on or worked out. I felt like what she was doing with her hands was how I put my body lotion on in the morning. I also have recently developed plantar fasciitis in my left foot so when she did my foot scrub it was uncomfortable for me. I had intended to share that with her in the consultation that we never had. I had intended to tell her to either be very light on that foot or avoid it entirely if you wish I am fine with that. Since I never had a consultation I had no opportunity to inform the therapist I cannot stand to have my toes pulled on so give them minimal attention and I am pretty modest so just go to my mid thigh and do not leave me uncovered past that. I ended up being exposed in the leg area more than I am used to and prefer. I realize that this therapist very well could have had the ability to provide the massage I needed. But, the front desk failed to get my information and she then failed to remedy that when she saw I had no info sheet nor consultation. The lobby area is pretty because they use stone and warm colors. The rooms are new, professional in appearance, and clean. Since this is a franchise type model in a strip location when you go to the back area to your room there is a long line of doors and some therapists hanging around in various stages of the process waiting for their clients. I prefer a higher end atmosphere and experience. Their prices are in line with the quality competitors in our area such as Salon Fabrojae and Utopia Salon. I am 42 and have been getting massages for over 20 years. This experience was a «non-massage» to me and there are better environments to receive higher quality massages. This model did not work for me. I was entirely underwhelmed. I will say despite the bumps all employees were very professional in their behavior. I did not choose to speak up today and force a consultation simply because I wasn’t in the mood to bring to their attention how to do their job. I figured I would have the massage, be relaxed about it, and be done with it. The onus is on them not me. I will say this was the first massage in over 20 years I did not fall asleep partially. I came home today still with a tight neck because my neck wasn’t even touched. This is the fast food factory of massages. This is the only massage I have ever had that was 50 minutes in the price range of a 60 minute massage because they include consult and dress time. At other spas 60 mins is 60 mins and you get the full time. I also took issue with the fact that my credit card number was requested when I called in case I no showed since their policy is you are charged half if you no show. No, I refuse to give my cc over the phone you figure out some other way to cover your cost of doing business. I have never been asked that before.

Do not go to this spa. They are listed on as accepting their gift cards, but refused to accept my gift card or honor their mistake. They have horrible customer service and ruined my spa experience.

Fantastic place that always meets my needs and exceeds my expectations! The massages are done by skilled and strong people. They make you feel welcome and tailor the service to meet your needs. The place is clean. Staff is friendly and well trained. I recommend this Hand & Stone. Prices are reasonable and the facials and add ons are a great value as well.
